aren't you going to do search.... you take the photocopy provided and advanced to Land Registry of your state for search.. at a point you will need to do sighting, then the seller brings the Original to the land registry for sighting, after wch it has been confirmed original, u proceed to payment stage, you prepare an agreement with the help of ur lawyer.... buying form all this marketing outfit all in the name of installmental payment plan... you are at ur own risk.

firstly- Identify a registered real estate company, registered with NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers) and ESVARBON (Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria) they regulate all activities of estate surveyors and valuers and they could revoke license issued to any fraudulent member. You buy land from agents under the name real estate marketing outfit registered with CAC just like any other company, all they do is strictly business, you can be expose to fraudulent agents just as it is found in all profession in Nigeria.
Before you do any land transaction ensure the firm is registered with the body above, they got all reputation and you are more than safe because they do all due diligence before they accept to market any landed properties for reputation sake.

The two Universities you mentioned fall within Ijebu axis of the state. This means that the Ogun Central Axis and Yewa will be left with no state University when the Ijebus eventually exit. Note that FUNAAB is a Federal University.

I believe it's a step in the right direction.

when University creation come turn to zoning and pure political issue.... that doesn't stop a lot of your people from being an illiterate.
