Have you ever heard about bitcoin? It is money which exists in digital form only. There are no notes or coins for bitcoin and is not controlled by any central bank. Bitcoin’s value, like other currencies, is changing from time to time. At the moment one bitcoin is around $400. You can exchange bitcoin for other currencies like US dollar, Euro, Shilling etc. You can do this online. If you are in Tanzania you can use Bitpesa, a company in Kenya to exchange your bitcoins for Tanzanian Shilling and they will send you through M-Pesa, Tigopesa or Airtel Money. You can also buy aitime for your mobile phone using bitcoins. Two websites you can use to do this are bitrefill.com and xapo.com.
One Bitcoin is divided into one hundred million (100,000,000) satoshi. There are several websites giving free satoshi but I will give you two of them which are my favourites which give me thousands of satoshis everyday. Why do these websites give free money? Because they display advertising and they are paid by the advertisers. When you visit these websites you will see the adverts but you don’t have to click them. Advertisers pay because they want people to see them. In turn, these websites give a fraction of the the money they get to the visitors. They give the money in terms of satoshis. These websites giving free satoshis in this way have a special name. They are called faucets.
Now to get started you must first open an account where you will store your satoshis. Go to www.xapo.com/wallet and register to get your free account for bitcoins. This bitcoin account is called a bicoin wallet or bitcoin address or wallet address. It is a long chain of numbers and letters. For example my bitcoin wallet is 3PuoDiraDf5cKpTqbFwrXkNGTZS5z8PVUm. To register for a free bitcoin account you need an email address and your phone number. You will also be asked to choose a PIN with four digits. Choose any four numbers between 0 and 9. You will use this to log in to your account at xapo.com. Xapo also uses something called Two Factor Authentification (2-FA). When you log in they will send you an sms with a code which you will enter at their website to access your account. When you open an account with xapo they will give you 5000 satoshi for free.
Now after opening an account, open http://cur.lv/u0x4q and enter the email address you used to open an account at xapo then click Login. Your free satoshis will start to roll in. You can transfer your satoshis to your bitcoin account every five minutes or you can let them accumulate for an hour or more and transfer them. To transfer your satoshis click on CLAIM NOW button.It will bring something called a CAPTCHA. It is a way to make sure that the one visiting a website is a real human being not a robot. There are people using computer robots to get free money without themselves actually visiting the websites. When a CAPTCHA appears, click on the box where it says I’M NOT A ROBOT then click on SUBMIT. Sometimes you may be given some pictures and you will be asked to select several pictures by clicking them according to the instructions given. Your satoshis will automatically be transferred to your bitcoin account. You can login to xapo.com and select WALLET to see your balance. If you claim often like say every hour, the website gives you satoshis at a good speed. If you leave it for too long without claiming the speed decreases. Just leave the page open, do other things and come back later to collect your satoshis. You can earn this way using your smartphone or computer. It is free money. Try it now.
Now that you have started to earn satoshis, here is another opportunity to earn more satoshis. Open http://cur.lv/u0y5s and again enter the email address you used to open bitcoin account at xapo.com the click SIGN IN. You will be given a CAPTCHA to complete. It is usually some words which you have to enter in a box then click SUBMIT. To transfer your satoshis to your account click CLAIM NOW. The CAPTCHA will appear and you have to enter the words shown in a box provided. This page works the same way as the first one.
Leave these two pages open at the same time and collect your satoshis from both pages.
Get used to these two faucets. I will soon write a post in this forum on how to maximize your satoshi earnings. When you have enough satoshis you can exchange them for cash or buy airtime. I will write more on this topic so come back often.
Last word, when you login to these two faucets, always use your email address and NOT a wallet address. If you use a wallet address your satoshis will not be transferred immediately. Login with your email address.
