It will be the fix of 200$+4,5% from sales during the trial period (2 months). If KPIs are OK and the discipline is observed you will get +150$.

So you will have 350$+4.5% during the trial period and after the trial period you will have 200$+5.5% from your personal sales. Over sales representative with experience earn over 1000$ per month.

Okay if you doubt. The initial positions for which this thread was started is different from the current position they are recruiting for. This is a graduate program not just the usual BDE position. Besides the information is from Olamide Sadiq, Damco HR.

The source is Damco HR. It is an international graduate programme. Only about 40 worldwide and 1 from Nigeria.

Mine is for BDE too. I suspect they ve concluded on that. A mail confirming success/regret won't be asking for too much. Some people got regret, a few success and others no response. Na wa o. Uzor my man. Ur mail will hit shortly by his grace.

Keeping quiet on people is surely not polite. Feedbacks should be sent out at every stage. Yes boss and i pray the mail will bring smiles.

Ok. Mine was the HR, Country Manager (female) and another man with a high position. For the commercial analyst position. A day after the onsite test too.

Do u currently function as an analyst? or have u had previous work experience as one? How much do u know about microsoft access? i think the minimum.years of experience is 2yrs. The pay..am not sure of. Av given u a clue of wat to expect during d interview. U can take the risk if its for an interview.

Tanx bro. I cant say for sure if they have concluded on the BDE recruitment yet. Yes it was same 12mins to 50 questions style. No clue at all.

Mr uzor i disagree, every online test saves automatically after the test time elapse. Lets wait for them a bit. no one has received any nw step for d BDE recruitment

I met someone at damco office this morning. He came to write the BDE onsite test. His schedule was for1:30pm.you are very correct but Does it also save when your connection messes up.inbetween? After it must have successfully saved automatically then it pops up the thank you page.

To everyone who have been invited to write d BDE onsite test, when u completed d first test did u have any internet challenge cos if u did d application myt nt av saved your result. Which means d recruiter myt nt av seen ur result. I guess that is d reason for silence on dea path. The BDE test i wrote had some internet challenge guess dats y av still nt heard frm them till now. Just completed d interview.

The content was brief. It only said u have been invited to write an onsite test at our office. Then beneath was the schedule. That was all.

Hi everyone, I don't think we have to worry over some got an invite for an onsite or online test at the company's office here. I think two questions we need to answer are
1. Did the person with the invite applied for the same post I applied for? Then if yes, how long would it take to review the assessment before the shortlisting begins.
2. When does the site closes for the assessment ? For God sake this person claim to have written the test on Saturday and got the feed back the same day "even when the site is said to close on Sunday" I guess this guys assessment must have been review onsite!

The coy myt have decided to complete recruitment of d commercial analyst prior to d BDE. I wrote both tests bt it happens that this is coming first. Yes i got feedback same day. And i was told to expect today an email inviting me for an interview. So for the BDE i want to believe they will begin to send out mails soon.

The invitation to write an onsite test is only for those that made it through to the next stage. The onsite test is another PLI test to ascertain if u completed the offsite test yourself without any sort of external assistance. After the onsite test, your score would determine if you will be invited for an interview or not. To God be the glory, i was invited for an interview tomorrow. Same time. Same venue.
