Edit ur b.p bro, better still look 4 d updated version frm sum1 fone nd send it 2 ur fone...... just change ur Android version in ur b.p to either 2.3.6 or use 4.0 if nt na whatsapp.com b ur nxt dl must come frm.

ola this is val, i've not been on whatsapp lately due to it recent act up, it keep telling me this version of whatsapp is too old n no longer function...I tried upgrading to the latest version it directed me to on playstore buh it ain't compatible with N3..anyway outta this mess?
