Thank you!!!

You have come too far to let the rejection stand.

Please please please don't wait for a response to the webforms or emails as you have just 10 days to the deadline for JR.

Contact a lawyer like yesterday.

Wish you the best.
Go to ur play store or Apple store, download an app called Viber. After confirming it, dial +1-800-267-6788

I've called severally but I eventually get the 'we're unable to transfer your call at this time' at the end of the call. O ti su mi, because I see people saying that they do speak with them

I have sent to these emails daily but usually get automated responses.

You should try these email addresses

CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
ircc.cio-brcd.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Ircc.dndgo-bdgrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Osc-cso@cic.gc.ca
Cpr-ott-caseprocessing@cic.gc.ca

Prettiepearlz:

While looking for lawyers for judicial review, keep sending emails to IRCC pointing out their administrative errors. Mail any MP in your intended province explaining your situation in a compassionate email. I don’t think your case is that serious to the point of it not being reopened. You may not need the lawyers after all is done. I wish you all the best.

I have sent numerous detailed messages daily to the emails mentioned below but only automated response.
Although I did receive an email about 3 weeks ago acknowledging my webform that wasn't seen which led to a denial. But I'm yet to hear back from them since then. I don't want to take any chances with them as the 60days deadline is next week on the 25th.

Hi everyone,

Please does anyone know of any law firm I can contact in Canada for a judicial review?. I have been sending emails to orcc since the week after I received the denial letter but I haven't heard anything from them and the 60days deadline is on the 25th of this month.
I usually get automated responses from those emails, I'm not even sure they've seen them at all.

Thank you

So sorry about the refusal. When you said they got in touch with you, I guess it was an ADR sent to your account right? If yes, it'd have come with a placeholder where you should attach the requested document.

Here is where i feel the problem arose from, you said your "reply to them was via filling of webform". This usually take time for them to "see". They would have been looking out to get your response through the means they reached out to you within the specified period.

However try follow the advice given here so far, that you should mail your VO or all their contacts, showing prove that you sent them the document. So that they can temper justice with mercy.

I received the ADR as an email. I was just asked to log into my acct and that's where the request letter was( it wasn't the first time they would communicate with me that way either)
I am so sorry that this happened to you. I think that you should also send an email to your VO (if you know where that is). But if you don’t, send an email to all the VOs you have an email address of.

I will surely do that asap. Blast them with emails
Sorry about the refusal! I will encourage you not to lose hope! If you know your VO, message them directly with the dates and details of the web form you created and evidence that you have applied for the passport if you have that. My sister’s application was refused in May, and she got PPR this month after it was reopened.

In her case, her VO was Ottawa, and these were the addresses we emailed

CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
ircc.cio-brcd.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Ircc.dndgo-bdgrn.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Osc-cso@cic.gc.ca
Cpr-ott-caseprocessing@cic.gc.ca
cpcedmenq@cic.gc.ca

I appreciate your response. Please was your sister's case similar to mine or there was a different reason for her refusal.

Pls do as Charity and Radeke have said.

*Send the email multiple times a day until you get a response. Include other VOs and any other IRCC addresses you can find.

*In your emails, clearly detail what you told us above and include timelines e.g. IRCC equest for baby passport on June 1, responded on June 7. Include the fact that hubby had the same request and you asked for extension using the same means..provide his own timelines.

*In your mails, attach evidence of your email request for extension and/or evidence of the webform submitted (e..g. the auto response to webform).

*Be prepared to contact a lawyer for judicial review in case they do not respond to you within a few weeks. You have 60 days from refusal date to file with the court. You can use this as a plan B or do it now if you want to be aggressive.

Thank you very much. I'm grateful

Good day everyone. Please I received a refusal letter today due to an error from IRCC. I recently had a newborn and I formed IRCC to that effect via the web form. I received the automated reply that they would reach out to me. They did reach our and asked that I upload the passport biodata of my new born which I don't have yet. I reached out to them via the web from to ask for an extension and was expecting to hear from them that the extension had been granted. But to my surprise yesterday, what i did receive was a refusal letter yesterday stating that i did not provide the passport page requested before the stated deadline and did not communicate with them either for an extension which i did. I have sent another web form this morning explainingthis and also attached the automated email i received on the day I asked for an extension. ( it was not my first time asking for an extension regarding any document that I needed time to provide, the last being my spouse's renewed passport biodata which took forever. I was granted the extension for my spouse so Im no novice with their web form). Kindly advice me what other steps I can take to rectify this because starting the application from scratch due to IRCC's error is not an option for me. Looking forward to your kind contributions. Thank you.

Please house , I need your input URGENTLY

Good morning house, please I need your candid advice.

I would like to do a dropbox renewal for my dad,but his passport has less than 2months validity on it.He has applied for another one for over 3weeks now but was told there is no booklet as of now.

Can I go ahead and submit it like that, as his dropbox window period since his Visa expired is Friday the 17th.

Kindly advice accordingly.

Thank you.

(I was the yes proponent originally) However I conceded based on response from cic plus plenty experiences shared, that no is the answer. Then loe explaining that you have sibling but don't want to claim points.

@vanillawafers

Thank you @tojued.
I think I'll go with the 'yes' option with LOE to avoid stories that touch.

God bless

There was a discussion awhile back.
Someone stated he chose 'No", but submitted a LOE that yes, he has a sibling but chose 'No' because he's not claiming points. If I remember right, he got PPR.
Someone else suggested choosing 'Yes', but submitting a LOE that you are not submitting documentation for the sibling as you are not claiming points.

Thank you very much for your response.God bless
@Vanillawafers,Personally,I would answer 'yes' to that question and then explain in loe that I have sufficient point hence, not claiming points for sibling and also state that my siblings are not willing to give out their personal details ie PR card, utility bills, etc.

Thank you very much.
I think I'll do just that

Good morning great people of this wonderful thread.
Please I have a question for those who or thier spouse's have siblings in canada but do not intend to claim points for them as the CRS points are enough without adding them to it.
Do you answer ' yes' to the question 'do you have a sibling in canada who's a Canadian PR or Citizen' pre or post ITA.

I read somewhere that you can just keep mute about it if you don't intend to claim them for points but won't that backfire in future?.

Lastly, I tried to search for a similar situation on this thread as I'm aware such has probably been discussed severally here but I couldn't get enough information.

Please anyone that knows what page and part of this thread I can go to for this same information, should kindly refer me.

Thank you very much.

Please my question is for U.I graduates.
How long did it take for WES verification email to drop into UI's email box.The reason. I'm asking is because WES sent an email to my spouse since 5th of May that they sent Verification email to U.I, but the contact who has been checking for us says it's yet to drop into U.I's email box.
Please is this the norm and how long will it take to drop?.
Please and please I need help as this is getting really worrisome.
Thank you
Thank you for your response.God bless.
The problem is spouse's own is undergrad and not postgrad and the contact claims that the 'supposed' email WES usually sends verification to has been checked over and over by them without seeing anything relating to that.Spouse called WES and they said we should allow for 7weeks post verification email before we contact them to resend....
The thing tire me...

Mine was sent to UI postgraduate school on 24th May and they verified it a week after. I sent an e-mail to UI post graduate school on the 29th and i attached the verification notification I got from WES. You can also call the numbers on their website after sending them an email. Their info is on their website.

Hubby was the principal applicant under the old system.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Vanillawafers: 4:31am On May 10, 2018
Good day house. It is a great thing everyone is doing here.tsking time out of your busy schedules to attend to other people's business and progress.May you be abundantly rewarded.
Please I have a few questions as regards filling of forms.
1) I was asked on the EE profile if I had applied to IRCC before and I clicked YES(this is because I had applied for visiting visa a few years ago with hubby but wasn't granted) but then it says if 'have I applied for EE before?.Nah there my confusion start.....

Brief history: under the old skilled worker of 100 points before EE, hubby applied and we got to the stage of medicals; it was passed and we were waiting for passport request and that was the time they started processing the Syrian refugees(from September 2018 to Feb 2016).When Accra picked up momentum again, we were eventually denied due to 'insufficient funds.
We didn't apply again since then....

Back to my question, am I supposed to click 'Yes' I have applied for express entry before or NO because it's asking me for UCI number which I'm not even sure I can find again(Kindly also note that I'm the principal applicant this time).

2)Hubby has a sibling in Canada.but I see there's no provision on the form for if the family you have there is yours or hubby's.should I just choose hubby family as mine on the form(I know that sounds ridiculous but I can't seem to find anything otherwise) and wait for ITA before I upload document like birth cert to show hubby family is the points We are claiming for relative?...Kindly epp me gurus in the house as I'm really confused as to how to go about it.

Thank you
