Another opportunity for FRSC to collect. Silliness. Tires don't expire. It isn't a food product or a drug. They get old and worn out. They don't come with expiry dates. I suspect these guys would prey on people who aren't as educated.

Bros all tyre brand has a lifespan of 4years after the date of manufacture if you look closely at ur tyre, u'll see a rounded rectangle with four digits within. The first 2 tells you the week in the year while the last 2 tells you the year of manufacture. Calculate 4yrs after that date, dats ur tyre expiry date. E.g you find (4513) on your tyre it means that tyre was manufactured on the forty fifth week of 2013 which is second week of november in 2013.
Cheers and don't be caught.

Good move..hope government reduce the tax on the imported new one to make it affordable for everyone.
Imagine civil servant with minimum wage of 18k buying a new tire that cost 22k !

22k is considerable o! Mine costs as much as 45K per tire the cost of changing the four will almost conclude my house roofing. smiley
