Their has been a lot of comment on it. The fact is just that most of those comments are just to impress you or ensure you contact them.

Here's my opinion, before a design can be condemned or compliment, I need to know the size of the land.
The room size are within the approval standard; size of the rooms depends on land management, once it's not below standard it has no issue.

Also, for functionality sake, the location of the store needs to change, as it's name implies it's a place you store things and most times food stuff which are perishable without adequate lightening and ventilation. It can be place where the kitchen terrace is while the terrace move at the back of the first room.

Other rooms location are okay but depends on your choice.

Going through the plan I observe that the architect is trying to manage space and also designing a cost effective plan. The fact is the bigger the dimensions the more you spend on building it
