I am in the UK applying for graduate visa. My dependent had a £0 ihs fee and was sent a mail to pay within 14 days that i will receive a link to pay. This is day 10 and i am yet to receive the link. I have called severally. Please has anyone been in this situation and is there an email i can also reach out to them with.

Captured on 21st April 2022 at FESTAC CENTER.
I was there up to three times for collection without success. I keep hearing no booklet. I sent mails to servicom and nig immigration. I also twitted on 7th July. They said it will soon be ready. I went there today without notification and my passport was ready since 13th July. My passport status changed for puck up and collection in the morning. I collected it today. The crowd was much for collection today. They have treated a lot of backlogs. Even some that paid through agent, same April collected today. TEAM DIY. if you can exercise patience. Thanks everyone

UPDATE:

I captured on 21st April 2022 at FESTAC passport office. I didn't receive any call or sms for collection. When i submitted my enrollment number for collection. They said it wasn't ready. I went back to SERVICOM to enquire when it might likely be ready. They told me that I should exercise patience. I said I wanted to know the position. They said that they don't influence passport production. I told them that i needed it urgent for schooling. i was asked to bring the admission letter, which I hurriedly printed and gave it to him. He now asked me to come next week.

OBSERVATION:
After capturing SERVICOM follows due process for production. If you can influence it after capturing please do. Provided it is genuine.

So this Lagos madness has reached to other states. Yenagoa that used to be walk in like Northern states. Lagos is far better now compared to what I'm hearing from some states. Nobody harasses you in Lagos if you didn't pass through agents.
Why not allow someone that registered online to capture?
Our leaders are not really the problem but we followers.

I read here that yenagoa is DIY friendly but on reaching there it was totally different. Without additional money capture wasn't even allowed

Go to Immigration twitter. quote your enrolment number. it will be sorted out. it might have even be ready.

Scheduled for capturing today 21st April 2022 at 2pm.
I went straight to servicom office. They assisted me in arranging my file. They signed on top of my file. Captured at 1:30pm. They asked me to give my file back to servicom.

I didn't pay anybody. They didn't collect money for file. I only spent N100 for small envelope and photocopying of reissue form.
FESTAC Passport office.
The crowd wasn't much. Very organised.

I was given enrolment slip.
Date of collection is 26th April.

That will be easier if so. NIN is the main headache

Not as easy as you said. He will pay 15k for change of birth. Another thing is it takes time to drop. Some weeks even months.
No harm in trying, let the person go there first.

I was at Ikoyi yesterday for renewal of passport. The agent I wanted to use was telling me that the capturing date will be around May 17 if apply. She charged me 45K. I now asked him that after capturing when will I collect my passport. he said that if I need it urgent I will drop 10k so that I will collect it same day or within the week. I asked her if i didn't pay the 10k when will it come out he said that it will be within 6 weeks. I had already filled the form he gave me and about to pay. I wasn't comfortable with the response. The essence of paying 45k is to fasten it. I noticed that they don't have control of dates of capturing. It is computer generated. Why should I pay you such amount. I told her that the date is too far. She suggested Festac that they have a closer date of April.

I have decided to DIY.

I want to renew my passport. I'm filling the form now. Please which date is closer for capturing (Ikeja, Festac, Ikoyi).
At what stage do we submit documents? Is it the day of appointment for capturing or before.

Most of the COs always insist that the name of your company ought to appear in the pension record, bank statements, tax and pay slips. Do you have salary bank statements where the name appeared? if you have it can fly.

I am currently in a back&forth with EA.I am getting assessed as a telecommunications engineer.I made my payment inclusive of a fast track since 22-12-21 though the site already announced that process would only begin on 10-01-22 because of the festive period(fair enough).I got a mail on 27-01-22 that the process had begun but they required a secondary document covering my employment periods of over 10years(they even advised me in that correspondence that there could be an outcome possibility of Telecoms Network Engineer having gone through my CEs and professional engineering summary and wanted a nod for so which I said yes.I submitted my payslips across all these years carrying pension remission on 03-02-22.The CO uploaded the portal again and advised a payslip is not a secondary document and gave me the options as per MSA booklet .I got my pension statement summary covering all these years and uploaded again on 05-02-22.

I was counting days as fast track is supposed to be 20days but after a while I uploaded a complaint on the EA customer service portal on 20-02-22 enquiring why the process was taking long. I got a response from the CO requesting for the same document I had earlier uploaded claiming the first one was not seen .I uploaded it again and put a call through to them. They assured no documents would be required again .A mail also came in on 27-02-22 an outcome would soon be ready.

Again after counting days(40 working days from 10-01-22 and 26working days from 27-01-22 that the first update came) and no outcome,I upload another query. To my chagrin, the CO updated on the portal saying they would not accept my pension statement account because it does not have the names of my employers. This is after explaining on the portal while uploading that the pension company does not segment pension remittance according to employment period and employer name .I even uploaded a supporting document called welcome letter that carries my company name.

1. I have gone to the pension company but they insist that is the usual template anywhere and they cannot generate such with the info.
2. I have mailed their customer service with this request and a possible cover letter;I want them to state they cannot and will attach this as a supporting document....do you think this will fly?
3.have you had any of such experience? my friend used this same document and he never had any issue .he is in Aussie now...how best can I approach this
4. what is the possible worst case scenario ..I am confident my application is good I just dont know why this CO is being impossible; all my documents are verifiable and legit
5. the 2 other options of tax and state board(I dont quite the that doc name) are documents that will require a long time to process and get that is why I am sticking to my pension statement

On their birth certificate, does it state your name as their father ? In that father's name column , does it state the name on your passport as father ? The name on your passport tallies with the name written as father’s name right ? If it does, legally, there is no problem .

To be on the safest side , a cover letter explaining all this would be better, but from the legal point of view , it won’t be a problem if the situation is as I have written above .

The father's name column in their birth certificate is the same name in my passport. I want to be double sure. Thank you. I really appreciate.

Virtually all schools require a certain amount to be paid before enrollment.

Just for people to get prepared. Some enrollment percentage are lesser.

People should read carefully on some lower school deposit condition before paying the deposit especially shu. Shu condition states that you need to pay 50 per cent of the school fees before enrollment. Without enrollment you can not start lecture nor get student resident permit.
