Should have immediate switch off and dry in raw rice for like a day. You can still take it to a technical for drying before it damages the screen.

Ouch!! I had similar experience. D flickering screen started like 3/52 after it briefly dropped in wash hand basin while washing my hands. It's now working perfectly after replacing the screen. Drying did not work for mine since I delayed for like 3 weeks. I ordered d replacement screen from AliExpress

That method worked on my rn3. Just make sure there is Internet connection and wait for a few seconds. Fonts tab will appear on the far right.
