I just got a mail that I didn’t meet the cut off mark.

Let’s all be calm. I don’t think picking candidates on the premise of first come basis is logical especially for a company looking for talent pools. I may not know how workforce do their thing

but if a selection process is not random, biases comes in and it can affect selection choices.

I and some persons applied for the Tech academy none have a gotten a feedback and they wrote on the first day.

I still think people who wrote on the second day if you did exceptionally well will be contacted.

There is a shady logic to some of this claims sha.
But then a physical exam is not an online exam
The first round assessment had a single date and time and it was clear

The cognitive assessment had longer time frame and it was clear , ordinarily people will write when it’s most convenient for them.

Eliminating people who wrote within stipulated timeframe is unprofessional

But you no go blame them, na them Dey dictate how e Dey go.

Sending people success mails before others write is a sign that it might be true because the first assessment had two dates and everybody who passed got mails after the test ended. So ...

I wrote this morning, but I’m concerned about the post that said people that wrote today will not be considered because of late coming.
That stretch of time should be to accommodate any emergency and not a means to screen people out.

Good ups brother I recently got to know the marked variation between south and north Cyprus. I have friends complaining about how Nigerian students are being killed in northern Cyprus. However I think and believe south Cyprus is the place to be . I have contacted Cyprus university of technology Limassol for a master's degree in piblic health however my interest came late and I was adviced to keep checking the school website for January offers . Please I need a proper guide on universities or colleges offering public health at masters level in South Cyprus and thier tuition as well as scholarship requirements. Thanks I will greatly appreciate this
