You funny Sha. Hausa dey speak English? They mix with arabic Bahamas95: I think it's the same thing with Igbo and Yoruba. There's always that fusion of English, you can attest to that in their movies..... Whenever you watch a Yoruba or Igbo movie they speak YORUGLISH or ENLIGBO through out. I don't know if they are forming posh or something.
The only language I have heard native speakers speak without or little fusion of English for lengthy periods is Hausa. |
Culture / Re: Are Haitian Descendants Of The Igbos? by Victorini100(m): 3:25am On Oct 18, 2022 |
I think huge numbers of slaves where taken from badagry area to Benin and the night of biafra where took there. Why do we Igbo and Yorubas have to fight all the time? We got nothing to always quarell about I hate it Ideadoctor: was Toussaint L'overture the only leader of the rebellion? more over, I never argued that there is no presence of Igbo descendants, but that they are not the only one, in fact greater number of Haitian population had Fon ancestry, and the Fons shares ancestry with Yoruba people, this obvious in the heavy impact of the Yoruba-Fon religious structure of Haiti which birthed the popular vodun religion. |

Richy150: Can I give a non Muslim my Zakat?
Zakat is a form of alms-giving treated in Islam as a religious obligation or tax, which, by Quranic ranking, is next after prayer in importance. As one of the Five Pillars of Islam, zakat is a religious obligation for all Muslims who meet the necessary criteria of wealth. - Wikipedia Fucking muslims 1 Like |
Programming / Re: If You've Always Wanted To Learn Programming But Failed, Be Here!!! by Victorini100(m): 12:02am On Oct 22, 2018 |
dosh16: Ok. Without waste of time, I'll explain why I'm creating this thread.
4 years back, I heard about HTML and tried to learn it, unfortunately, I didn't. Reason being that I was distracted. I mean, there was so much exciting info than I could handle and I just kept trying to learn everything I came across (I HAD NO DIRECTION)!
Later on, I would try to learn Java, leave it, jump to Java for Android, leave it, go back to Html and once more, leave it again!
Today I've started python and I don't see my self jumping again, I'm more informed. I know there are several people out here looking to learn a programming language but can't because of information overload, usually experienced after googling "WHAT'S THE BEST PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE TO START WITH? "
A WAY OUT
Like ai said earlier, after several years of hopping around, I'm more informed and can save you the time ai wasted by answering all your questions here.
For peole who find it easier to grow as a team, you have that team here. If you feel you'd like to learn python programming, we can fix a date we'll all start, stay commited by making rules, and keeping to them as a community.
I'll be waiting for you guys to say the "Go" word! And please, don't forget, in the land where there is no job, skill makes you stand out! Besides Programming is the language of the future... *I'm no longer sure about Mandarin! Please my number is 08102451349 am so much interested #Peace |
