Hi,

No, schools won't allow you to enroll if their policy is 50% total tuition paid no matter how much story you tell and how much you beg. Mind you, most international office gives a report to the UKVI after enrollment detailing students who have enrolled and those who didn't. At that point, your staying in the UK is at your risk and will be classified illegal since you didn't report and enroll into school thereby breaching immigration laws.

Please think thoroughly on this, if funds aren't available, defer and save more. It's better
All the best

Thanks to all who responded. I would just take my other choice university which I can afford.

pls university of Bradford wrote on my admission letter that I would need to have paid 50% of total tuition fee at enrollment and the rest in installment.
my question is if i have just 30% at the point enrollment, would i be allowed to enroll?
Do people get sent back to their country on this?

Thanks for your response as its going to help me take decisions.

You don't need to panic as you will be eligible for PSW after your course end date so far you passed so you can stay for 2 more years and attend your graduation.

thanks for your reply.... I am less concerned about the graduation. what am concerned about is how many years visa will I need to apply for so I plan things like NHS fees because the fee is different for 1 and 2 yrs visa.
thanks

Different status for different folks.... there are less jobs now due to lockdown so I am sure some students are struggling to get a job or keep their job , although shifts in care home I would think are still easily found. Some in existing jobs are able to continue either remotely or on premise. So really depends on the job but I would say a pandemic is not an easy situation especially if it drags on for monthssssss

Thanks for your reply.

please I want to get a vital information From students already in the UK as regards students jobs in this pandemic period.

I know there are a lot of students that depend on these students jobs to meet up a lot of things including tuition.
pls I like to know how these category of students are coping now that there is lock down... are they still able to go to work like before the pandemic?...are they still getting enough money to pay their bills?

Re No. 1: Nurses are in demand and one is quite likely to get employed in that scenario. Remember that nurses' pay isn't that fantastic, I think freshers start in Band 5 or so in the NHS payscale, and that's about 23 - 25k p.a. (I stand to be corrected).

Re 2: No -one can answer that question, there are too many variables in it.

Re 3: Dependents can work full time. Second part of that question is not answerable as it depends on the job.

thanks for your reply

hello everyone.. greetings to you all.
please I will just go straight to my questions.

1. please what percentage of accuracy can you say one who go for undergraduate studies in nursing would get employed in the UK after the undergraduate studies?

2. Aberdeen or middlesbrough.. which is easier and quicker to get student's job.

3. can a dependent work full-time job? and how much averagely can the dependent make monthly in Aberdeen and middlesbrough.

your answers are highly appreciated.
thanks

@justwise, Lagosismyhome, other gurus in the house

I have bsc in geophysics 2.1 and want to further in geophysics or geoscience in uk but the school fees are just too high to pay in one year 20- 30k£.
so I came across university of South Wales in offering 'msc advance applied field geoscience' at glyntaff campus for 14k£. (resealable)

Honestly my target is tier 2 visa after the psw so I want to hv a degree of profession on the shortage list.
1.my question now is this university a good university as regards the product of their graduate value and certificate value?
2.what's the position of accommodation and students jobs in glyntaff?
3. is Wales a good place to study cos I hv not seen anyone going there.
3.what other university to achieve my aim can be subjected.

Thanks in advance
