Following the Bible's advice is the best way, the bible says to deaden ones body members as regards uncleanness. Think about it if you are pressed would you just do it anywhere? You wait for the convenience even when someone is there, you can wait until the convenience is free. What about thirst or hunger would you eat spoilt food or dirty water just to quench thirst or satisfy hunger? No you wait for quality food and clean water. Jehovah God created humans with natural desires like thirst hunger sexual urge etc but he also gave the ability to control them.
