To get gcms, try google search and choose any of the sites that offers that service, or reach to one of the members here Anon123 for help.

The funds movement you referenced was it to his corporate account, I saw you stated you provided certificate of reg and also salary account, that could have confused the VO. Was the fund domiciled in his corporate or salary account?

It was his pension account I believe. Not direct salary. And thanks I will reach out to Anon123.

You can order them through a third party website. These are some websites people use:
gcmsnotes.com
getgcms.com
thegcmsonline.com

You can Google for more. Please do your homework before deciding which one to go for.

Okay. Will be on it. Thank you

I suspect the issue will be lump sum deposit into the account, if there where you need to explain the source and back it up with documentation, as advised by Bepositive, request for your GCMS notes to know the real reasons for the refusal.

Yeah, I just looked into my sponsors account statement. There was lump sum moved over a short period.. but it was from his account to his account.. Do I have to reapply to explain? And how so I request for this gcms note?

When it comes to assets and financial situation, your bank balance is just 1 factor. They also consider your salary, employment history, bank type, etc.

You can either try guessing what the issue is or order your GCMS notes to see the VO's comments.

Thanks for your response Positive11

Please, how do I request for the GCMS notes to see the VO's comments

Hi Njoku,

To be able to respond to your question you have to provide more details about your application.
1. Are you self-sponsored or you have a sponsor, if you have a sponsor how is he/she related to you?
2. Where there huge or lump sum deposits into the account you presented.
3. Have you paid your fees completely or partly?

Provide answers to these then the house can offer guidance.
Thanks for the response sir,

1) I used my father as my sponsor
2) yes, and it accumulated to 12m
3) I couldn't pay the fees as form A delayed and frustrated me.and by the time I had access to my fees and changed it to dollar, I had already missed the deadline and lost the admission. The school adviced that if my Visa application comes out positive I should reapply for January session and then pay the fees.

Please I need someone with experience to advice and guide me as I try to reapply.

I applied for a study Visa and it was refused for this reasons.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

My POF was 12 million. Can someone pls assist me through this .
