I applied on the 11th without my transcript and reference and got a conditional offer on the 15th to upload my bio data on my passport and answer two SOP questions and make a 34% deposit of 4573..I was surprise they didn’t ask for my transcript.Still waiting for my conditions to be reviewed before making payment .

life is different for different people, i inherited more than the op have, have accumulated a little more of my own but i hate Nigeria with passion. next year, i'm applying for my masters degree in Germany, if things goes to plan, i have no intention of ever visiting Nigeria again talkless of ever coming back permanently, i would be glad to give out homes, lands and shops to friends and relatives in Nigeria for all i care. I'm not rich in Nigeria and i'm not travelling primarily to acquire riches but to experience th increased peace of mind of living in a sane society.

Not if this is the way you speak english to the VO. You are expected to have a decent proficiciency in english as one of the prequisites of admission into many US schools. And in the event that language exams are waived, at least be ready to proof the the officer that you will actually be able to communicate with and understand what your prospective profs are saying.
