Nairaland / General / Re: 7 Things Every Man Must Know Before He Clocks 30 by Wamiwa: 11:45pm On Mar 25, 2018

I also think men should follow this order!!!
1. Get you own apartment. No matter small (Don't squat).
2. Get busy, Job plus entrepreneur
3. Be mobile.
4. Build your biz
5. Get a bigger apartment.
6. Then get married if you choose to

I'm replacing no 3 with no 2. Mobility will do good to my job and intending business. Women are blessing from God if only you're with the right woman. I must settle down within 30/31

The aspect Op said leave your father's house. if you've got nothing doing pls don't leave so you won't get yourself into a bigger problem. Our parents understand how terrible Nigeria is now, but make sure you find something doing no matter how small it is.

Finished NYSC 2013, went back home, managed dad's farm for 3 years with just 10k pay that wasn't even regular but I dey see free food chop and change to keep body and soul together, and when I attend any events that brings old faces together again, they'll all think am working in one big place, not knowing its just packaging with my starched natives. grin grin saved up again and started mini importation I learn on this forum. Saved up again and went for Msc, and just as I was about rounding up, God blessed me with good FG Job, they're even ready to accept my Msc for Upgrade when the certificate is ready.

All in all find something doing. Run away from Social Media as well if you can't endure the pressure that comes with FB & IG pics, did this for 4 years and came back when I started MSc or else those peeps you're better off in uni then will make you think less of yourself when you see them doing big things in big places or else depression go kill man and be contented with the little you have.

Car Talk / Re: Why Are Mazda Cars Underrated by Wamiwa: 9:14am On May 24, 2017
LastProphet:
mazda has the same issue as nissan, they make very good looking cars but the high end ones are not durable at all. if u want to enjoy mazda dont buy anything with auto transmission, V6, etc, buy the simple ones like 323 and you are fine. If u buy any high end mazda u will change the gear box more times than u ever think possible

Bros Nissan is still better, been using one Nissan primera since 2012 - date its still serving me. no major work done on it apart from changing tyres, shaft and absorbers, infact with the way I travel, I service the car twice a year every 6 months grin if I want to change brand now its either I maintain Nissan or Toyota.

Education / Re: Lecturer Impregnates Nursing Student At Ogun State College Of Health Technology by Wamiwa: 5:25pm On May 22, 2017
All of you abusing the man, if you've ever worked in any tertiary institutions in Nigeria then you'll know those staff are trying. The female students bring it to you freely at every side, front, back, right, left and central, even if you don't want they'll push it to your face especially when they need favours from you and you have a good taste of fashion. It's not easy you guys. Even clerical staff in tertiary institutions do more because they're wanted by the female students. and all those lecturers are doing it just in a coded manner. Take it or leave it, the girl is the problem and I know what am saying, if she no find favor go on how to pass her failed course would this occurred?
