RE VISA REFUSAL.


Good day evening body in the House, can anybody advise and translate my refusal letter for me please. I want to confirm whether I was Banned. Please find the attached for your advise please.

Hello Mr, Justwise, I applied for UK visa in the year 2010 which was granted and I travelled around March, 2011 while I slept just 2 weeks out of the 6 months Visa issued. After the Visa expired, I re-apply for renewal which was denied due to insufficient documents to support my applications. So I re-apply again which was also denied due to fake Tax clearance certificate. So inside the letter of refusal their is a condition given that if I should try to re-apply again in future, I will be ban. I sent 3 letters of reconsideration of decision to the Embassy last year 2017 without any response. So what do you think I can do again?

I applied for UK Visa in 2010 and was granted 6 months which I used just 3 weeks out of it. I re-applied for renew in the year 2011 which was denied due to fake tax clearance certificate. But the issue I have with the British Embassy is that in their letter of refusal, it was stated that if I should re-apply for any renewal I will be ban.
Just last year, I wrote a letter of Reconsideration thrice which I do not have a reply from the British Embassy.

Can anybody assist and advise on the next thing to do please.
