This is serious, why will they be joking with people's original certificates, if that cannot be taken proper care of why request it to be among things to be submitted. Calm down dear, this is just a trial period it will end in praise.

I am in the same situation right now,Memorial university refused to refund me my money.I was rejected visa around July and requested for refund showing my visa rejection even evidence showing the amount of money paid. From August till date they keep giving me different stories. Latest is they are waiting for their bank to verify fund transferred. How can we allow these foreign schools to be going scot free with all these. Please what is the best way to fight this my fellow Nairalanders.I mean you can't reject me entry into your country and still want to take my hard earned money.

Freshprince777:
Good day@Frank and other gurus I am still unable to receive my refund from Evergreen College. I have contacted the bank like you said but they kept on telling me that they are not in receipt of the fund yet. If I contact the school they will say they have sent it,since November this is what I have been hearing . Please what do I do?

Well Data Analytics alone is very lucrative, you can pick either the. But one of the gist I hear about DBS is that they understand the fact that student need experience outside the classroom. I know that cos I'm resuming by jan. For CIT, a little more research will help, the focus isn't about what school you attend but what skill and course you studied.
Those with ideas about CIT should speak about the stressful conditions

Cheers

Hello gurus in the house,
I received my passport and the reasons for the denial of study visa today.

Reason are based on the following:
1. Family ties in Canada and country of residence.
2. Purpose of visit
3. Personal assets and financial status

My questions are these:
1. I am single, without a child in Nigeria and don't know any one in Canada. How do I address the concern of family ties?
2. My sponsor is not a relation who lives abroad and despite sending a letter of sponsorship and prove of finances abroad (i.e Bank statements, tax clearance, and pay slips), it is not enough. How do I address personal assets and financial status issue?
3. I included my admission letter during visa application, though no fees was paid because it was not required by the school at the time of application. How do I address the issue of purpose of visit?

Please, I need your assistance.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Did the reasons for denial come with the passport.Mean how did you finally get the reasons.

Hey guys i have a little issue. I plan to use an agent to procure my study visa to canada and the agents said they won't write my study plan for me that I would do it myself.

From what i observed writing a study plan is the main thing that will make the VO grant one visa. My question is, if that can't help me write that so why am I paying them. I want to know if it's just that agency or it's like that everywhere. Did anyone here pay so much money and you still wrote your study plan yourself? Need response asap guys!
Most people apply by themselves and get the visa. You are already here why not read about this thread from Episode one.You will learn a lot about applying. In my own opinion no need wasting money paying an agent.
