ksjlar:

If that passport picture is not older than six months at the time of your interview, then YES you can use it.

Thanx

Do you really need to supply new photographs at the time of interview apart from the one that were sent to KCC along with your DSP-122 and DS-230 forms? I thought KCC would send back to the consulate your files along with the photographs you submitted earlier for the CO to conduct your interview.

Can somebody in the house please help clarify this for all of us?

Hi people in the house. I would sincerely appreciate an advice for the following issue. I applied for my wife and she is the lucky winner for the DV2013 with a low case number 5XXX. However, at the time of application, I realised that the last character on her middle name was written with Y in her passport as well as in the last birth certificate she received while in some of her other documents (school & mariage certificate) the last character was written with i. So to keep things consistent, we applied with the same writing as in the passport. It is quite common for people to write i or y since it is pronounced the same way often. Do you think this would affect her interview and what would you advise us to do?

Thanks in advance for your support.
