U don't need WAEC if U registered before 3rd of August. You have nothing to be worried about. I guess U r looking at the documents required, thats where U saw the WAEC as part of requirements, but I think that was updated for every applicant from Nigeria.
I applied before 3rd August and also saw WAEC in my required documents, but after they acknowledged my certificate, my document status started showing " We are awaiting one document, which is transcript from school" ....
So Ur focus should be on the document status and not where U r checking now.

Guys, i already have a reference number for the previous evaluation i did with WES which was completed on 4th July 2018. Based on the new development that requires secondary school certificate to be evaluated if you do not have a reference number after August 3rd 2018 for Nigerian Institutions, currently, i am trying to upgrade my evaluation report to include an additional certificate but i am being requested on the online application to submit my secondary school certificate and a new reference number will be generated after completing the application which should not be the case based on the new requirements stated on the website. Please i need more clarification on this.

Well that is pharmacy and not LLB. My experience as far as i know is LLB.

The degree is Bachelor of Pharmacy, WES evaluated it as "Four-year Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in pharmacy", being a professional degree like Law, I decided to share. The applicant chose "Master's degree, or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession". We've had this debate before, goodluck if this isn't convincing enough. Cheers.

Am not trying to create an argument here. A lot of assumptions have been made on this controversial issue and i have taken my time to do some verification from different guys that followed this path way. I observed that a lot of people prefer to play safe on this issue by evaluating with IQAS and that is fine anyway. But at the same time that does not nullify the fact about LLB being treated as professional degree by IRCC. I believe any screenshot evidence will nail this for you guys. That is why i requested for the name of the degree in question as per IFEAGO's post

I confirmed from Guys that got PPR that their WES evaluated as Bachelor degree(LLB) was treated as a professional degree by IRCC when selected in their profile.
It may sound absurd as i said but that is the reality.

Definitely, but that is not the point am making. The point is if only LLB is accessed by WES IRCC deems it as a professional degree if selected but if included with a BL certificate for WES evaluation, IRCC deems it as 2 or more certifcate. This has been testified by diff guys that got PPR.As i said it may sound absurd but that is what it is.

Yeah, IRCC deemed it appropriately. It won't lead to a rejection if the CRS score didn't drop below the cut-off points of that particular round.

Verify the name of the degree in question as referred in the GCMS notes.

Hey, good to know you're being very careful in taking a final decision on this. Please take a close look at excerpts from GCMS notes a friend ordered. This might just be the case if you proceed with your WES evaluation.

His wife is a lawyer and her BL certificate was included for evaluation and they selected professional degree in their profile but IRCC deemed it as 2 or more certificate.

Anyway, from what i understand, two or more certificate cannot amount to professional degree.If you add your BL if your ECA does not say Professional Degree then it is not professional degree.
