building Quranic schools is stupid in an area where illiteracy and religious fanaticism is high

Sure, because every islamic school is teaching fanatism? instead of you to encourage schools like these where the government can monitor what children are being taught you're criticizing it ****

I don't need to go there to know it's a backward state with archaic mentality. Kaduna seems more progressive to me and I suspect it probably is. Ask yourself why the state is still unproductive despite having the most investment in Nigeria for the past decade. Literally almost investment involves Kano (Rail, grants etc.)

Unfortunately for you, the fact still remains it's still a backward state presumably filled with many poor almajiris with no future outlook. Look inward and be truthful to yourself. No amount of money will develop Kano until you guys change your mindset. No sane investors will chose Kano over a lot of states.

Current situation couple with historical lessons of countries/states with similar structures as Kano, shows Kano isn't ready for progress. Let me give you a clue, ask yourself why Southern states with certainly less allocations and allegedly less populations, are attracting more investors relative to almighty Kano.

No, Kano has been making a lot of progress over the past few years, and with the wave of scholarships being awarded, i am optimistic kano is breeding a lot of vibrant minds. And not all investors are blinded by bigotry and hatred like you, soon kano state inshaa Allah will return to its former glory. As seen in many successful islamic countries, religion and education can go together. keep your negativity to yourself.

With this type of mentality of celebrating BS I doubt there is much hope for this country.

Celebrating bs? what exactly is bs here?

Saying something is not bias doesn't automatically make it so. This is a hate post, nothing more. Another pissing contest. Fulaman198, please get rid of this.

I understand it's harsh but we shouldn't have much sympathy for these ignorant, hateful people who could give a damn about us!

nigga just go end yoself

Hmm, if that's your angle then I'm afraid I'll take no part in this.

There are a lot of beautiful things in life, why must we always focus on the negatives mate? Whatever he does, he's not physically affecting either of us so we can't blame him for our mental fragility. It's a free world, let's use this freedom to be positive even if others choose not to be.

You are playing into her hands by giving her the attention she so desperately craves. I think I'll retire to bed and sleep until the next season of penny dreadful (not game of thrones) is out.

Politics / Re: I Can Confirm That Saraki Opposed Apc’s Muslim/muslim Ticket – Fani-kayode by WeissMaganti(m): 6:16pm On Apr 23, 2016
And I think saraki probably opposed the muslim muslim ticket because he knew him being a muslim and harbouring ambitions of becoming Senate president there's no way they'd allow all three positions to muslims. He did it for his own gain, so those hailing him need to think for a second.

what a stupid person you are.
My suggest to you is to just end yourself.

This is an expensive statement mate, some people are really depressed and can actually accept your suggestion. I think she's just a spoilt attention seeking little girl who still has a lot to learn but recommending she roofs herself is a bit too far mate.
