He is an unrepentant bully. Was like this all through last year. Backed up by Dominique who was excusing his actions.
I ignored last year. Yet he still continued his uselessness even till the last day I think.

My ignoring him or not will not in any way affect his nasty need to announce himself by bullying and harrasment.
