lalaboi:

Cost benefit my arse, .

The only phone closer to the iphone in terms of functionality is samsung galaxy II and guess how much that beauty sells for? rrp £499 . . . That phone sells at almost the same price as the iphone and has a huge fanbase already. I dont see no one calling people who use it "slaves of samsung". .
[

there is a certain level of cost that gives you a good phone

YOU MUST NOT BUY THE HIGHEST GRADE

i know for a fact that u can get a new good android for 250 dollars in usa

can u do that with iphone ? new running latest software ?
Phones / Re: What Is So Special About The iPhone? by whobemumu(m): 5:39am On Aug 28, 2011
true , my gf hardly touches her laptop , maybe once in two weeks , she has a very good android phone
Phones / Re: What Is So Special About The iPhone? by whobemumu(m): 2:34am On Aug 28, 2011
no i havent used one steady but have played with all the phones bb , android , i use a symbian now ( which was a big mistake as it was contracted to me by t mobile just b4 android became popular)

i do like the i phone i just dont agree to payy that much for it as it wont add much value to MY life

it may add to somebody else but not me

so i dont see why i should get it , i dont play phone games anymore , dont use apps like that as almost always with my laptop so little benefit to me ,

if i were to buy a new phone it will be between the androids or a blackberry( makes it easier to communicate with friends )

but for now , not interested at all
Gaming / Re: Video Games Getting Too Hard ? by whobemumu(m): 2:27am On Aug 28, 2011
echowords:

i think ninja gaiden on the original xbox was the hardest game i ever played. this is coming from someone who generally likes to start games on Hard difficulty setting.

but while i don't agree that games this days are harder or getting harder, i do believe that they're certainly much more bothersome. and some of them seem like an unnecessary chore with little or no rewards.

na old age don catch us
Gaming / Re: Video Games Getting Too Hard ? by whobemumu(m): 1:35am On Aug 28, 2011
its not that they are too hard but boys de work now , get babe /wife   just cant spend so much time trying to defeat one evil boss when i know it does not add anything to my life

abi ?? smiley
Phones / Re: What Is So Special About The iPhone? by whobemumu(m): 12:58am On Aug 28, 2011
some of these guys are dull sha , nobody said iphone no good

what most of us saiid is that the cost benefit ratio on i phone is nowhere near any other phone

in other words apple is taking your money without giving u much

in other words u are all apple slaves ( nothing worse than a slave who does not know he is a slave )

make una no worry shebi september go soon reach them go release iphone 5 una go buy again ?

any gadget is only as valuable as ppl are willing to pay for it

see wetin happen to hp touchpad ? once they dropped the price to 150 dollars many people bought

iphone at 200 dollars i will buy for everybody in my family but for them to think i go pay more than 600 dollars , they should think again
Phones / Re: What Is So Special About The iPhone? by whobemumu(m): 1:43pm On Aug 27, 2011
whenn people as k what is so wonderful abou the i phone i realy dont know what to say , truth is it has some really good feautures that i woud ike to have and it has many useful applications that a phone like symbian for example does not have  . my only issue with it is the fact that  apple wants to control what i have access to or not AFTER buying their phone , it becomes my property and i should be able to do whatever  i feel like doing on it

also the pricing , its way too expensive ( and I a am not a poor guy I can pay compleete for it with like 2 days wages ) , after paying a bulk sum for the phone first they expect me to buy apps and buy songs and all , u are not going to dupe me like that  i will rather use my symbian or android for cheaper , and the last question is

HOW MUCH TECHNOLOG Y DO YOU REALLY NEED OR USE ?  THAT U HAVE TO PAY THRU YOUR NOSE FOR

I  drivve a ten year old car and it drives fine , does  not throw me by the road has no problems , why should i go buy new car just to be driving new car and be owing bank money ?

Food / Re: Nigerian Girls And Their Horrible Cooking by whobemumu(m): 8:55pm On Aug 22, 2011
Elpieda:

Cooking does not define a woman. I agree BUT just as a masters degree is an added boost to your career, so is knowing how to cook and added boost to your womanhood. It just adds more to completing you as a woman. Yeah its not the end all be all defining factor for one to consider before getting married but it just goes to show how domesticated you are.

Imagine if a woman not only has a Bachelors degree and masters degree and working in a good company etc, but also knows how to take care of the home front  and keep things tidy and is a great cook. Blessed is that woman and worthy to be praised,

Read Proverbs 31

God bless your parents

and you too

yes a woman is not good for cooking only , she should be ur paddy , ur  helper , partner  everything

but that being  said she should also be able to cook

cos that is one of the ways to keep a man loyal

and it does not mean that becos she can cook u should kill her with cooking requests or with work or to go and bring your village for her to pound yam for !!!!!!

my friend america may be a good move for you but know this it is NOT a bed of roses

for those who do well outside nigeria , u usually have to endure hardship for some years
points

1 dont rush

2 empower your wife so she can support

3 phase the movt , u go first madam can join later

4 if u dont have kids yet delay small

5 make sure u do something very relevant

6 dont go to any degree mill cos ur cert will be worthless

right !!!!! so i have no bizness commenting on british or american issues or yoruba or hausa

u see how u are

see why the igbos get locked in one small area and are only allowed to trade but not to get political power

cos u guys dont know how to share

ojukwu belongs to all of us like it or not and when he dies a great man would have left nigeria

but i dont need this drama over a man i dont even know or care much about

, and 4 Q too , oh i forgot u have lice in which case i will pass
Politics / Re: Rumours That Ojukwu Is Dead ON Twitter !!!!! by whobemumu(m): 9:04pm On Aug 10, 2011
^^^ well 4Q then

i mean that its better to be dead than to live in very poor health

ojukwu did many things but he also failed at many things

all of u who idolise him

he was one of the biggest reasons why biafra failed in the fiirst place

go read ur history books

and 4Q again
Politics / Re: Rumours That Ojukwu Is Dead ON Twitter !!!!! by whobemumu(m): 4:15pm On Aug 10, 2011
u all missed my point ,  am saying he has played his part

sometimes he was wrong and sometimes  he was right

but if he is as  ill as has been widely reported then he is probably better off  dead ,

whether he dies or lives does not add or remove from the pounds that  i earn

the man was a hero there is no doubt about that
