For social security all you need is your international passport. You can check online for drivers license.

Hello, got to the US on christmas day, point of entry was smooth at Atlanta, we were asked to sit down and our passport was collected, after waiting for about 1hr, we were called and asked for the address of where we r staying and my sisters phone no. My grandma travelled with us and we requested for a wheel chair assistance which made us all go through the fast track ,we almost missed our connecting flight.we had plenty luggage and had to pay for 2 extra bags.
we went to the social security office today to apply for our number but was told to wait for 2 weeks, cos most times they send the number to the house and if they process one it becomes double and if we dont get it after 2 WEEKS we can come back.
The weather here isnt too cold.

Your answer should be yes, you also quote your case number and explain, I also went on vacation while my case was still pending .

Went for our interview on the 10th of October, they asked for add document W2, I submitted on the 11th of October, status was updated to AP on the 15th of October, it was updated to ready on the 18th of October, went back to AP on the 24th of October, was updated to issued on the 28th October ,got a mail for pick up on the 29th , and I collected my family's passport with a sealed package on the 30th of October.

What do you mean by supersede? If you are saying a co sponsor then you are good to go.

I was current in August, I got document qualified in August 11 and was scheduled for interview in Oct. It was a very fast one.

Actually its not. Its not allowing to submit civic documents even though all documents have been uploaded. But I believe I have identified the problem. You can only submit civic documents when all the applicants and derivatives(accompanying members) have been uploaded. But in our case, we have had to remove children (my sibling & I) that have aged out. But the removal is not immediate, its currently showing "under review" from NVC(as shown in the screen shot). Please anyone been in this shoes before? Anyone remove someone not accompanying? I want to know how long it would take to be effected. By the way am filling the application for my parent under f4.

Once the kids are removed, you will be able to submit.

what if your petitioner doesn't have in financial support doc but the co sponsor has and is sponsoring everything.. Will we be required to upload anything for the petitioner.

Hello house... just picked up our passports/visa for I and my family at dhl collection center this morning..Thanks for all the support and encouragement. Please how do I go about paying for our green cards cos I didn't get any paper or document on how to go about it

My appointment was for 7am, I got there 6am, went in at 8am, there was a lot of people and the delay was much.  My name wasn't on the list and on getting inside my file wasn't found.  

They had to open a new file for me and my family which took a lot of time. I wasn't asked any question, but was asked to provide w2 from my petitioner and co sponsor. 

I will be submitting that tomorrow with our passport. 

Left the embassy around 11:30am.

He just asked who petitioned for me and asked me if I had the i-864 for my joint sponsor as well as his w2, I said no I didn't but that I had already uploaded it during the nvc process. He went ahead to say my visa has been approved but he will need those documents so I shd drop it off at the DHL office along with our passports which by the way we've done already..

Did you do another police report? mine isn't up-to six months feeling I shouldn't do another one.

They charge 5k and you go there with an Affidavit from high court and 2 passport photograph.

Please I need help on this matter. We are done with filling of DS-260 and submitted all required documents but the our petitioner who happens to be my wife’s mother who paid the IV fees for all four of us (my wife and two kids) has been finding it difficult to pay for her AOS fees and as a result she has neither been able to fill form nor submit any document. This is really a concern as she has tried severally but the payment is just not going through. I don’t know if anyone has experienced this before. I tried to give the little info I got online as guide just to make sure she going about it the right way, but so far no success. We have been on this matter since June/July.
I would really appreciate your input on this.

I am so happy I found this thread, I am under the F1 category unmarried daughter of a US citizen and I got a notice from nvm that I should pay necessary fees and submit necessary documents. I am not even sure if my case is current as my PD is feb 2013, also I have to minor and will like to include them as derivatives but don’t want to travel with them for now, they will join me later on. Is this possible?

Yes it's possible to add them, you are not yet current, they are presently on Jan 2013, sure you will be current very soon.
