Romance / Re: Just Packed Into A New Area Now This Is Happening by winner007: 11:36pm On Jul 10, 2021
Freddykrueger:
So last week i packed into a new apartment in the municipal part of calabar. The area is serene and lively plus it's filled with lots of women, baby mamas and single ladies.

My daily routine in my new environment has gotten me into lots of convo with these females wether it's the one who sells groceries to the Pos girl down the street. They know am new in the hood so they try to get close and all.

There's this thick body, onion booty, figure eight lady who's always on my case. She seems to stalk me anytime am in the area, wants to know who i mingle with, who's shop am patronising and all.

So i got attached to some guys in the area and they've been giving me hints on these ladies and their paroles. Especially my stalker whom they confirmed they noticed her attention towards me and also hinted me on the fact that she'll never stop unless i smash her.

Well, am single so smashing wouldn't be a problem but i also know I'll never approach her. So last night she took a bold step and visited our compound, plus she asked the security after me. Around 10pm i heard a knock on my door. I was fixing me some fast food for dinner and was quite surprised cause i wasn't expecting nobody.

When i got to the door and opened, i was surprised to see this lady at my doorstep. She greeted and asked to come in which i reluctantly obliged. So she steps in and i offer her a seat on the couch while i rush back into the kitchen to check up on my dinner. After cross checking, i got back to the parlour and ask what i could offer her, she said anything so i got a chill bottle of kalahari from the fridge and served her.

Then next i inquired why the visit and she just popped it out that she's im her new neighbor and she just felt like paying me a visit. In my mind i was like seriously? At this time of the night? She noticed the smirk on my face and tried to fake an "okay i think i should be going" kind of stance. I told her to wait let's have dinner and she was trying to cut it off while i insisted.

So we got down on the jollof rice and chicken while gisting and laughing to her weird jokes and teases. After the meal, she got up and took the dishes to the kitchen. I was still in the living room when she came back and got a full gulp of the kalahari. What happened next was unsuspecting. She got up, asked for the convenience, i gave her the direction to the room and she went. Like 3 minutes after she calls on me to please come over, i was thinking there's a problem so i rushed over. Mehn what i saw next was crazy.

This lady was in my bathroom under the shower and asked me to join her. Damn my dick wouldn't act like it's gone to tertiary institution and left with a bsc. I couldnt resist temptation and jumped in.

Long story short she stayed over and we had some bomb ass, tipsy sex. From one round to two to four am exhausted. Funny thing she said when leaving early this morning is, " I hope you're not like those guys that have their way and then leave, I'll be coming back to check up on you". In my mind I'm like "You think you're coming over again? Well not in my house" Am just stretched out on my bed. No strength to go jogging. I spent the whole energy jogging on her boobies and body all night. Am spassed out!!!

Dude. If you did it raw, I can 100% guarantee you that you have HIV AIDS. Go for a checkup now. There is a HIV pandemic in Cali and you foolishly had sex with an easy woman.

If you doubt me, speak to any health worker at UCTH and they will confirm it. Over 50-100k active reported HIV cases in Calabar Municipality alone.

Reactors everywhere...

Nice piece though..

Thank you. The issue is that most people haven't read the full letters of the Indictment. I started digging deep looking for dirt but I was disappointed to not find any real meat. The whole thing is just a ploy to seize the money domicled in the U.S.

Allen onyeme is however at fault for not double checking and retaining the services of the best U.S professionals. This is what cost cutting can cause. He will have to do so now and pay more.

Exactly. Great care must always be taken at all times to avoid stories that touch like this.
Business / The Real Case Against Allen Onyema: What the U.S Really Wants. by winner007: 1:55pm On Nov 24, 2019
After reading the totality of the 36 Page Indictment (charges) before a U.S Grand Jury, I can say this - The Case against Allen Onyema is quiet unfortunate.

My biggest takeaway is that this reinforces once again, the need for an Excellent Lawyer in all business transactions.

Here is Why - A priority for businesses after achieving a certain revenue level is the need to pay as little tax as possible. E.g Amazon made a profit in 2018, of $8bn USD and paid a whooping $0 in Taxes on that profit. There are established channels for legally escaping tax e.g Ireland (a tax haven) which Google utilizes to pay its Ad Partners (Adsense Partners).

Allen Onyema set up Companies in the U.S to transfer Legal money from Nigeria. He however most likely didn't employ the services of a good U.S Law firm and the transactions were thus, done shabbily. There is nothing inherently legally wrong in setting up Shell companies for tax purposes. What is wrong is HOW they are done. This is where a splendid Lawyer would come in.

There is lots of poverty in Nigeria and people have a special ear for fraud involving rich people but hardly was any Intentional fraud committed.
The funds wired from Nigeria were real funds. Hence why the Law breached and the count read thus (in page 21):
To commit offenses against the United States in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1014.

The above Law is not a criminal offense. It is a civil offense. So why was a criminal charge brought? I would argue For Maximum effect.

It is interesting to note that the U.S seeks forfeiture of over $15million USD held in Bank Accounts belonging to Onyema in the U.S.
THAT IS THEIR ONLY GOAL AND THE PUNISHMENT UNDER SECTION 1014 mentioned above.

It is therefore time for the Nigerian Govt. to step up and protect its own from the Sharks of the U.S Finance System.

Mr. Onyema could have been saved by a good Lawyer, from this embarrassment and saved the extra expenses to be incurred in defending a criminal trial. Allen Onyema as a Lawyer, may have had an Intellectual problem that happens to all Lawyers that venture into business - What is there? I can do it or draft it by myself. In any business transaction, never do this. Business is business, Law is law.

Religion / Why Do Pentecostals Say Catholics Will Go To Hell? by winner007: 1:31pm On Sep 30, 2018
What is the correct response to Pentecostals who Say Catholics will go to Hell?

I was praying my Rosary this morning (yes I do that) when I was led to ponder on this and I received a good response.

The Catholic Church is an almost 2000 year old church having been founded in the Year A.D 33 by our Lord Jesus Christ.

In Matthew 16:18, Jesus says to Saint Peter in front of other Apostles:

"And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it."

Catholic to all those who aren't aware, means "Universal". Jesus founded the Universal Church. Those who call the Catholic Church the "Holy Roman Catholic Church" are wrong. It was only adopted as a state Religion by the Roman Empire in 313 A.D, after centuries of persecution. Hence, the Catholic Church existed long before it was imbibed by the Romans.

Now that we know how old the Catholic Church itself is, let us talk about its leadership. It's leadership consisted of
1. Jesus Christ
2. Peter, Paul, Timothy, John, Mark, Luke, Stephen, Matthew, Philip and generally all the 11 Apostles (except Judas).
3. Mary - mother of Jesus, Mary Magdalena, and generally all those early followers of Jesus.

By the arguments that Catholics go to hell (lol to that by the way), all the above mentioned people went to hell.

Protestants didn't come to the scene until the 1700s. Therefore if Catholics go to hell, all Christians for 1700 years went to hell?
Protestants didn't gain much footing except in England until well into the 1900s. So did the majority of Christians for almost 2000 years go to hell?

That's how silly the argument is that Catholics go to hell.

Education / My Bar Finals Success Story: How I Passed The Bar Exams. by winner007: 11:11am On Oct 22, 2017
In all honesty, I actually planned for a 1st Class but in all things, I thank God .

This time last year, if you check my posts, you would see me hunting for news on Law school posting. I was finally posted to Kano Campus and I was crushed. How could this happen? I pondered. All the same, I arrived on the resumption date and made no attempt to influence my posting as some friends did.

My goal was to get my result and get out and to achieve this, I turned to people who had made a 1st class last year. There was this new site ekeatehunter. that was conducting deep interviews on 1st class students and I devoured it religiously. I tried my best to contact some of the interviewees and they were really helpful. From this, I was able to get some super important tidbits which I made into a note on my tablet and set as a daily reminder.

In all, I followed everything bit by bit with a few modifications:
1. I ended up reading my notes 7 times.
2. I ended up practising all drafts 3 times.

It is noteworthy that Law school does negative marking hence you graduate with your lowest grade. So you can make 4As and 1D and you will get a pass. This scared the hell outta me initially and I am certain this is the reason I didn't make a first. I am yet to see my renegade course. I made a 2.1

In conclusion, this is an encouragement to those getting in this year. From my story, learn that it is true that "Those who fight for the best, never get the worse".

below was my daily reminder:

They won't post today that's weekend now .they'll continue on Monday.

When Registration ends on Tuesday, I do not think the above holds. However, most people still complaining about not seeing theirs are probably making a mistake While imputing their Ref nos.
