Its really disheartening you know... You better define why you wanna go there and let it be for that reason alone

I neither work for WAEC nor GERMAN embassy. But I will refute your claim that someone can get another WAEC certificate in days without passing through arranging/bribing channel. Having two passport instead of one; is it legal or illegal? What does the law of the land says about it? For the fact that you have done it and it worked, does that make it legal? If I should begin to expand this your comment, it will look like as if I'm picking on you which i don't want. Mind you, I only give opinions base on my own voalition and what have I read here and online; that was why I said in my own opinion. Almost everyone knows that using printout and card is the best bet in this situation but since you said your own is the best option, I am not forcing him to do what I said. When I joined this group, I asked questions too, and I got answers to my questions then why becoming a silent follower when I can contribute my own quota? Also, I am not competing with you here, I only post what I think can bring solutions to questions asked. No offence bro.Shalom boss
. Whatever made you feel you can pick on me?? If you feel you can't give something to an official to get what you want, then I guess your not in nigeria at all... Well everyone has his opinions.... Its no fight...chilax mate

Are you kidding me? Getting another WAEC certificate in a matter of days? I don't know if you have a special way to do that though. To my own knowledge, getting it is kind of cumbersome oooo. May be you can use internet printout and submit it with WAEC scratch card
. Bros... Am confused on where you work now, today its at the embassy 2moro waec office...weeda....please let people try ou stuffs before discouraging them, nna ehh, well maybe I can do all things and because of your little faith you can do so little...NOINSULT bro just saying.. Katangora: I'm seeking Msc admission, I'm not really sure if WAEC is a pre requisite for it, I just included it in my application.. WAEC don't issue two certificates, but I get WAEC GCE result, though I'm yet to apply for the certificate.. Pls I need more suggestions
. Humans make the rules, humans bend the rules too... Don't stay there believing it can't be done... They said no one could have 2 international passports but I have 2... Well its up to you sha. I have dropped my own suggestion.. Tuale

Katangora: Goodday house,
I have a little prob, I just discovered some grades in my WAEC certificates are starting to erase, the photocopies of the cert I made before now was clear, I still have them.. But its written at the tail end of the certificate that erasure makes it invalid.. Will it be wise to present my NECO at the embassy during interview or I should go ahead submitting my WAEC ? Remember I submitted my WAEC to schools for. Masters admission.
. First of all, you need to be scolded for not laminating your WAEC certificate, but e don happs be say e don happs... I will give you this advice via it being what I would do,someone might have a better advice. since your not interviewing like very soon(I hope) I think you should make a move now to get a new certificate, this is nigeria and I believe you can get a new one in a matter of days if you want to.... That's my advice someone else might have a better suggesion though... I don't really think its advisable to present a document different from what you secured the admission with, just to be on a safe side.

It is true typing in cap lock shows that @Princeolu is kind of depressing lol please its not just good thats all.
It is not compulsory you learn German language no need to scare anyone but its true that without the language you might find life alittle bit difficult as this languages remain Germany official language. If you have opportunity to learn a little back home its better to have at least basic knowledge as it is damn expensive here and not that Intensive.

Studying in Germany aint joke,You must be ready to read. grin grin grin

Goodluck!

Bros abeg no vex where u dey? Nigeria or Germany. If u r in Nigeria and u prob avnt even stepped ur foot into Germany before then the info u posted earlier today isn't fair to newbies here. Even if u attend a German language course in Nigeria u might not even be proficient in deutche until u begin to live among Germans. IT IS A BIG LIE IN MY OPINION THAT WITHOUT GERMAN LANGUAGE YOU WON'T GET OPPORTUNITIES HERE. Life is about time and chance. Whether u get opportunities or not all boils down to fate. I only just arrived 2 weeks ago tho and I am studying in eastern germany the so called not so good area but I inform u authoritatively that because of the group of people fate has linked me with here when I am ready I will get jobs to support my studies that I don't need german for. How abt that? Needless to say I even got a graduate assistant job waiting for me already in one of the institutes in my faculty next semester of which I signed precontract today. I only just came 14days ago and d only german I knew the day I came in was guten morgen!!! I met a phd student, a nigerian last week that has been here for 4yrs and my german is better than hers, in her words she doesn't need to learn d lang since she only came to study and return to nigeria. Did she not survive!!! Infact her husband came to join her and she must have really good income for him to have been granted visa. What works for everyone is different. I have taken this time to diffuse your info cos it is misleading. I imagine someone like me stumbling on this very nice thread today and seeing dis and getting discouraged from going to germany. The most important thing is ur intent. If u r really coming to school and intend to find sth to support urself, u will find help by God's grace as long as u r not lazy. Am not saying its not good to learn german. I am learning it to. Bt I haven't been denied any opportunity just yet because I don't know german. Life I repeat is time and chance...
. I feel like kissing you right now bro...#NOHOMO ... Well said brother well said, just the point I was trying to make to him, abegiiiii happy for you that you got the graduate assistant job, I plan on getting stuff like that too, makes you closer to your studies at the same time your getting paid..congrats bro, just what I needed to hear smiley

YOUR CHANCE OF SURVIVAL WITHOUT THE LANGUAGE IS SLIM BRO...I NOTICE IN THIS THREAD PEOPLE LIKE IGNORING THE LANGUAGE ASPECT...BUT ITS ONE IMPORTANT TOOL OF SURVIVAL IN GERMANY...ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE INTENTION OF WORKING........ITS NOT A GENERAL ADVICE BUT IF ONE WANT TO FIND LIVING CONVENIENT BETTER LEARN THE LANGUAGE BECAUSE IT BRING OPPORTUNITIES.....
. And there's no possibility of learning it there ?? And everyone that went to germany and has survived many years before we are doing now learnt it before they went o germany ?? My brother please stop all this info your giving out, its not like you've stepped foot on there soil to give out this kinda info, please leave it to tope, godson and the rest fellows that are over there to advice on that...PLEASE

EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT NEED GERMAN FOR STUDY IT IS OBVIOUS GOING TO GERMANY NOT HAVING ANY IDEA ABOUT THE LANGUAGE...KNOWING TOO WELL THAT 80% OF THEIR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT..............BETTER ADVICE THEM TO LEARN THE LANGUAGE THAN GIVE THEM HOPE WHEN THE REALITY THERE IS DIFFERENT................
. So in summary your saying one can't survive without knowing the language ??

IF YOU ARE GOING FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM USING YOUR WAEC TO APPLY YOU MUST DO STUDIENKOLLEG..........BUT IF YOU HAVE A LEVEL THE SCHOOL MIGHT WAIVE THAT FOR YOU BUT IN EITHER CASE YOU NEED MINIMUM OF B1 GERMAN LANGUAGE IF YOUR COURSE IS BEEN TAUGHT IN DEUTSCH .........AND A MINIMUM OF A2 IF YOUR COURSE IS BEEN TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.

NOTE: 80% OF UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS ARE TAUGHT IN DEUTSCH
. Please be sure of the info you dish out before you do, you might confuse people on this thread, you must not answer if you don't know the answer...
