Health / Re: I May Die Before My 28th Birthday by Wumbawee: 8:07am On Dec 16, 2016
Airforce1:
This evening i woke up from sleep and the first thing the cross my mind was alcohol and sex.
i hate sex but I'm so fucking addicted to substances that make me High.

ive fought so many times to stay off this substances but not been easy and my folks don't know bout my addiction on hard substances.

mid 2017 I'm gonn be 28 and if i continue this way i may not make it alive on my 28th birthday.

I don't know what to do.

Do not despair there is a good news for you. And the good news is that Jesus Christ is looking for you to save you. You cannot save yourself, no man can save you, no therapist can understand your pain and longing of your heart. This is the reason Christ came to the world to heal and save. Hear his voice " Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls".(Matthew 11:28-29) and "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed". (John 8:36) It is important you hear and answer the call now. Accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour and thou shalt be save. For " as many as receive him to them gave he power to become the sons of God" John 1:12. The fear here is not about the physical death but what happens after, the everlasting damnation. God loves you and has a purpose for you but you will fulfil that purpose when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Politics / Re: Why Niger Deltans Won't Subscribe To The Biafran Movement by Wumbawee: 1:47pm On Nov 30, 2016

I begin this write-up by saying that I mean no ill-thought towards the Biafran struggle or Igbos in general. What I've written here are mainly my personal reflections concerning the Niger Delta, especially with regards to non-Igboid groups and their stake in the Biafran movement which has been rebirthed for some time now. I am not a mouthpiece for the Niger Delta but I believe I've been in the Niger Delta long enough to know our problems and our stand. I've also interacted with many Niger Deltans to know their stand in the Biafran struggle.

When I use the term Niger Delta, I am referring to the region covering Delta, Edo, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River states. However, I understand that the region also covers Ondo, Imo, and Abia states. I'm not concerned with the latter because they are either Igbos or Yorubas and have their own struggles. The ethnic groups within my coverage include Urhobo-Isoko, Bini, Esan, Itsekiri, Ijaw-Epie-Ogbia, Ogoni, Afemai, Efik-Annang-Eket-Oron-Ibibio, Ogoja, Ejagham, and other groups in Cross River North. Ikwerre, Ukwuani, Ika, Aniocha, Ogba, and other Igboid groups, are not included. Historically, Biafra covered all the Niger Delta states EXCEPT Delta and Ondo states. This fact must be emphasised.

I won't waste time so I'll just proceed to list the issues I want to raise as well as state my arguments. Pro-Biafrans are welcome to debate and address my issues in a civil manner. I understand that most pro-Biafrans resort to insults when salient issues are addressed. Please let's set a good precedence from hereon.

1. Biafra may not be better for Niger Deltans because Niger Deltans may end up living one form of subjugation for another. The argument Igbos have made for their freedom is the desire to be free from Hausa-Yoruba domination. That argument also applies to the average Niger Deltan. Igbo, no doubt, will be the major ethnic group if Biafra is actualised. Ijaws may have a stake due to their numbers. What about the Ogonis, Urhobo-Isokos, Itsekiris, Efiks, etc? Where will they fit in at the national level? The sad reality is that another Nigeria will just be made manifest and resentments will build up. What will really be the fate of minorities? Will they fare better in Biafra or alone? In Nigeria, big groups such as Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo checkmate each other's excesses very well. Who will checkmate that of Igbos in the new nation?
R: The people’s constitution will address that in the new nation (Biafra) unlike in Nigeria where the constitution is hoisted without people’s input. The colonial masters gave us what we called constitution without our input, the military repeated that without our input. The only constitution that would have been with our input is stillbirth, conducted by GEJ government, midwifed by the people of Nigeria, opposed by the people of northern Nigeria, thrown to the trash bin by Buhari. So subjugation continues, you do not have a say in Nigeria but in Biafra, the essence of the union must be discussed before its existence and your point 1 shall be addressed.

2. Where will the capital be located? If we are to follow the notion of central location, the capital of Biafra won't be Enugu but around Umuahia-Ikot Ekpene axis. Will Igbos allow their capital to be sited in a non-Igbo location? This is a very salient issue because you don't expect the riverine Niger Deltan in Twon-Brass, for instance, to journey all the way to Enugu to see their President. It has to be a location where ALL BIAFRANS can access easily. Enugu won't go.
R: Today do people journey from Twon – Brass for instance to Abuja to see their president? Abuja and Enugu which one is nearer to the Twon – Brass indigenes? However I don’t see why where the capital is will be an issue. Calabar was once the capital of Nigeria, Lokoja was once the capital of Nigeria, Lagos was once the capital of Nigeria before the capital now moved to Abuja.

3. The issue of annexation comes to play. For so long, e-Biafrans have annexed Niger Delta as part of the proposed nation. The map below shows us what Biafrans have drawn to constitute the new nation:

If we judge from this map, it means all groups in the Niger Delta have been annexed. My question is whether the leaders of these groups have been consulted before the annexation was done. I, for one, know that Urhobo-Isoko and Efik-Ibibio leaders have not approved of Biafra neither have anybody in these regions declared Biafra. So how and why were they included in the proposed map? Little things like this bring distrust and I understand that many of these non-Igbo regions have disowned the map and pledged allegiance to Nigeria. The declaration by the Delta State government is a case in point. I see this as forceful annexation. The so-called e-Biafrans have also not done much in calming the nerves of the people of the annexed regions. I've seen comments such as "if you don't like it, go and stay in Sokoto", "all land in the South is Biafraland", etc. Is it not ironic that a group of people who want freedom want to annexe others?
R: The issue of annexation is not an issue at all. The map shows the desired area of coverage based on the original map of Biafra in 1967. However if, for instance, the Annang or Calabar or Urhobo nations say they are and won’t be part of Biafra, they won’t be forced into it. They will be free to determine if they prefer Nigeria, Biafra or be on their own. Biafrans preach freedom for self – determination not “you must stay with us” syndrome of Nigeria.

4. What languages will be made the official languages of the new nation? I have seen several posts by e-Biafrans where Igbo was proposed as the official language of the new republic. What then will happen to other languages such as Urhobo, Isoko, Okpe, Efik, Ibibio, Oron, Ogoni, Eleme, Okrika, Kalabari, Bini, Esan, etc.? Will they die off because of Igbo? Certainly NOT! If English is made the official language, the Igbo majority factor will kick in. If your name isn't Chukwuemeka or Oliseh, Amarachi or Nneka, etc, you won't get any appointment nor shall you be recognised. These are things we can't deny. We are very ethnocentric in Africa.
R: What is the official language of the north? If you do not know it is Hausa. Does it mean there are no other languages in the northern part of Nigeria? No. does it mean that the other languages do not exist? No. does it mean that you must bear a Hausa name for you to get anything from the government of northern Nigeria? No. therefore if and if the new republic decides in its constitutional arrangement to make Igbo the official language I don’t think that it means that the other languages in Biafra will go extinct. In Nigeria the official language is English and it has not obliterated the indigenous languages from owner’s lexicon. The official language is for official communication only. Which language will be determined in the peoples’ constitution. Please do not arrogate to yourself the knowledge of tomorrow. You have just canvased for nepotism in the new Biafra land, however I want to tell you that if you are not qualified to hold any post you will not get it no matter where you come from. Be you Igbo, Ibibio, Bini, Ijaw, Isoko-Urhobo, etc. in the new land only competence is the key to employment. And of course it will be too competitive. Merit can never be sacrificed on the altar of nepotism and tribalism.

5. What and what have Igbo nation done for Niger Deltans to gain their trust? Every day I see Igbo youths making enemies where there were none. They constantly use the agency of the internet to sprout controversy, hurl insults at dissenters and make unfounded claims. There is this general air of mistrust for Igbos by some Niger Deltans, particularly by Urhobo-Isoko and Bini people. What have Igbos done to checkmate this? Has any Igbo leader or group extended the hand of friendship to the Niger Deltans. Mistrust cannot be wished away. Most Niger Deltans would rather follow Hausas as slaves than follow Igbos as kings. This is the real reality and truthfully, Igbos caused this.
R: Honestly Ops I wonder what you meant by this. Do you really expect the Igbos to do something for you to trust and align with them in this struggle? Is it an Igbo thing or a Biafran thing? As stated above, if the Urhobo – Isoko and Bini people prefer Nigeria, they are free to remain in Nigeria. There is freedom of self – determination in Biafra. If you do not trust me to go into a union with me you are free to choose whom to relate with. What has Hausa or Fulani done to earn your trust? Or is it birthed hatred against the Igbo nation? We will not want any nation that can bring hatred into the new republic because it shall be founded in love of God. Hence I repeat if you cannot love the Igbos then please do not bother to align. We want a country where love and peace is not only preached but seen to be the way of life.

6. Who will lead the new nation? Obviously, Nnamdi Kanu, their hero, has fought tooth and nails for Biafra and he is currently cooling off in jail. If Biafra comes today, who will be the interim leader and what modalities are in place for subsequent leaders to be elected? Igbos have been the only ones fighting for Biafra since time immemorial with a handful of other groups here and there. Will Igbos allow other groups to rule over them? Will they allow an Urhobo man to be President, for instance? This is not a case of mere wishing. We have to understand that Niger Delta groups MAY NEVER BE ALLOWED TO RULE BIAFRA IF IT IS ACTUALISED.
R: In your assertion, Igbos are the only ones fighting for Biafra emergence. In order word it is their blood that is used to sacrifice for the emergence of the newest republic. If that is so I wonder why you are still asking who will lead. My people say that if you don’t partake in game hunting you have no right to ask how the game will be shared when killed. So count your teeth with your tongue and earn a right to ask this question.

7. Still on the issue of leaders, are the new leaders going to fall from the skies or they are simply going to change addresses from Abuja to Enugu. If so, what will change in the new nation? It is not arguable that Igbo national leaders are the most corrupt persons in Nigeria. If these same people are the ones to rule the new nation then there is no hope because corruption will be so rife that the economy of the new nation will shut down like a knocked engine. If we argue that new and younger leaders will arise, we still have the issue of who fought for Biafra to contend with. Most pro-Biafrans will not allow someone who sat at the periphery of the struggle to just come and waltz power away from the "heroes" of Biafra. If this is true then we will not have a proper democracy in Biafra.
R: I am sure that the Igbos are not the ones being paraded by EFCC and DSS now. They are not the ones that looted the treasury and used up the money for arms for personal aggrandizements. Check out the Igbos that served in the regime of GEJ and tell me how many of them are being questioned or whose services have been dented with corruption and roguery. Then compare with other tribes that served in the same regime and get sense. You have been exposed for whom you are by saying that Igbo leaders are the most corrupt in a stinking Nigeria. You have shown that you have nothing in your skull hence you cannot judge either current events or history, you are just a hater of the Igbo nation and what have the Igbos with you. WE DO NOT NEED YOU, hence you can decide to naturalize in Nigeria. But for your information, Igbos are the most hard – working group in Nigeria and the cleanest set in the present contraption called Nigeria.

8. Will Biafra be a utopia? The impression that e-Biafrans give is that Biafra will be perfect and we all know for a fact that this is not true. Apart from the issue of corruption and sentimentalism that have been addressed, we still have the issue of development. Where will money be generated from to develop the nation? In the whole of the proposed Biafra, only Port Harcourt and Onitsha are economically viable cities. Where will the investors come from? Why should they invest in a volatile country? Only in Warri, we have Ijaw, Itsekiri and Urhobo at loggerheads, imagine what would happen to the whole nation. Secondly, I am sure that no Niger Deltan will allow his "oil" to be used to develop Enugu like what happened with Abuja, and is still happening today. Niger Deltans are getting wiser and by the time the new nation is formed, matters that border on oil, wealth distribution and infrastructural development will be raised.
R: Unfortunately you do not know that developed countries of the world do not depend on oil and gas but on human resources which God has blessed the land of Biafra in abundance. Please it will be pleasing for the NDs to find their own country and leave with their oil and let Biafrans make do with the abundant talents that abound in it. during the war some NDs abandoned Biafra and aligned with Nigeria however I must also recognize that many fought on the side of Biafra. In the war situation, Biafrans built their warships and warplanes. The popular ogbunigwe (mass destroyer) built by Biafran scientists was more potent than the Russian missile. We built our cottage refineries and all these with 100% local materials. So our dependence is and will never be on ND oil but God given talents.

9. The current structure of the proposed nation, as shown in the map earlier embedded, favour Igbos with more states. Urhobo has one, Efik-Ibibio has two, Itsekiri has none, etc. How will this be addressed? Certainly, every ethnic nationality will want adequate representation and so the structure on that map will never work.

10. Last, but not the least, is the issue of referendum. Some Biafrans are already calling for a referendum which will involve all parts of the proposed nation. I am pretty sure how this referendum will turn out. However, for the sake of being hypothetical, let us imagine that some ethnic groups/states vote against Biafra by the majority, what will be their fate at the end of the day? Secondly, will the result of such a referendum be true and honest? I understand that electoral malpractice forms a part of our identity. How are we going to get a true reflection of people's thoughts? Thirdly, if states and ethnic groups do decide to vote for Biafra, what mechanisms are in place to contain Igbophobia, Igbomania, Igbocentrism, Igbo hegemony, Landgrabbing, and all issues that minorities have raised?

Above are the reasons why I feel that Niger Deltans will NOT subscribe to the Biafran movement. I have been very practical, philosophical and hypothetical in my approach. I do not speak for any group or persons but I present these issues for the pro-Biafrans to address. Niger Deltans can raise more issues that I have not raised. Finally, it should be noted that I expect insults directed at my person by e-warriors and keyboard mercenaries, as usual, but I won't pleasure such persons with answers or altercations. If you raise good points, we can discuss like intellectuals. I hold no grudge towards anyone or any group.

Politics / Re: Why Is "Bokoharam Sponsors" No Longer A Subject Of National Discuss? by Wumbawee: 8:02am On Nov 29, 2016
Ops your question is very important but unfortunately Nigeria has the most demented youths in the whole world, no insult intended but it is true. they follow whatsoever the politicians throw at them and forget the most important things that are critical to finding solutions to problems. Yesterday it was who is sponsoring BH? next Dasukigate, next Buhari vs Jagaban, next Igbo vs Yoruba, next etc. None of the questions is ever answered, none of the issues ever resolved, the youths are the worst hit by all these yet the follow and drift as the politicians want. It is pitiable.

I re - echo: WHO ARE THE SPONSORS OF BOKO HARAM?

The total loan this administration can take would therefore be in the region of $10.5 billion. In the light of all these analyses, the government needs to explain how it came by the humongous $29.96 billion foreign borrowing over a period of two or three years.

As analyzed in the master piece, the total loan required by this administration is between 10 to 11 billion dollars so how come Mr. President and his team are asking for approval to borrow 30 billion dollars? Is it another case of institutionalizing corruption as was done in the budget padding? I hope that after this administration corruption will not be so institutionalized but legalized and becomes a culture in Nigeria. They so craft corruption in such a way that the undiscerning minds won't understand yet they keep on shouting corruption! corruption!! corruption!!! May the lord of host deliver us ooo.

Turakidanjuma:
Osibanjo is a Muslim Puppet

The electoral trend from the inception of this Great Nation has been that- there should be a Muslim-Christian or better still Christian-Muslim ticket. The reason for such is to foster balance between the two religious groups.

No nation is like Nigeria anywhere in the world. The nation is split equally on a 30-15-55 Muslim-pagan-Christian ratio. To maintain the balance of the Nation and to allay fears of domination there should always be a christian-muslim balance. That balance has been upset and christians in the North are bearing the brunt.
The APC were able to play false games by simply taping our eyes. In reality what they wanted was Buhari-Tinubu ticket. However they met very stiff resistance. In a bid to carry out their insidious motives they simply enthroned a puppet who would not raise alarm over a Sharia bill or the ostensible marginalization of Christians in appointment.

The effective Vice President as of today is Bola Ahmed Tinubu and it behooves all like-minded lovers of truth and national adhesion to condemn the amalgam. The 2015 electoral ticket was simply a Muslim-Muslim ticket and Osibanjo was a veil with which our eyes were covered.

If the recent revelation as to his nomination by Tinubu does not justify the assertion that he is a mere puppet, the half-hearted and cowardly posture toward the Sharia bill passage should clear up any lingering doubts. What Christian minorities need at this point in time is a candidate who would restore balance to the nation and end the unceasing attacks on Christians. Please before you sleep tonight please pray for the christians murdered in Southern Kaduna Yesterday.

Foreign Affairs / Open Sos To Donal Trump by Wumbawee: 4:34pm On Nov 14, 2016
Just see this in a facebook page what do you think

We thank God again for his divine mercy and judgement which have seen you through against all permutations and opinion polls to presidency. This goes to buttress the words spoken by the God our father in his word) “For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55: 8 – 9) ‘’And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy’’ (Exodus 33:19) and ‘’ This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, ……..’’(Daniel 4:17).
With these few biblical references and the global perception before the election, I make bold to say that it is only God that has brought you in to do his will at this time in the history of mankind. Even after voting for you the same Americans that voted for you started revolting against your victory, but there is no fear for whomsoever the lord has exalted none shall bring down. Your regime shall be fruitful and in your government shall America and indeed the oppressed of the World find freedom. All that shall rise against you shall be blown away with a great wind, surely they shall arise, only be strong and find out what the will of God is before promulgating any policy and it shall be well with you. I join the host of Christian faithful all over the world to pray for your success as the 45th president of the most powerful nation of the world today.
Dear president, indeed a great burden is laid on your shoulders but the Lord will make it easier for you. Many oppressed in the world are looking up to you for their freedom. No wonder in the South – Eastern part of Nigeria, there was great and instantaneous celebration immediately it was announced that your vote had crossed the 270 mark because the feeling is that in your presidency their voices shall be heard and the freedom to determine their destiny is assured.
Sir it is on record that are an avid supporter of people’s freedom, you believe in hard work and abhor laziness. The people of south – eastern Nigeria are known to be hardworking, intelligent and self-made individuals who abhor laziness and dependence on alms and aids. The worst part is that the people of the south east are not allowed to worship their God freely again. They are dominantly Christian population (more than 96% of the populace are Christians) but there is every indication that the government in power in Nigeria is determined to Islamize Nigeria, hence the beheading of Igbo Christians preaching the gospel of our lord and savior Jesus Christ and the unleashing of Jihadists, with sophisticated arms, in the name of Fulani herdsmen on the armless people of the south east with federal government protection. They destroy our farm crops, kill and maim our men, raze down our homes and rape our women in south east and we cannot fight back because any attempt to resist them will incur the wrath of Nigerian armed forces. So daily we are afraid of going out to fend for our living.
From your Brexit quotes you rightly said that it is great for people to take back their country and the process amazing. That process is through referendum. Please sir support the people of South – Eastern Nigeria and other people oppressed in the world in their quest for self – determination as enshrine in the UN charter by invoking the charter and getting Nigerian government to conduct at least a referendum in the region.
Many have died in a bid to suppress this desire of the people to be free. Presently the director and leader of this movement and many others have been clamped in prison by the Nigerian government against the judgements of competent courts that ordered their immediate and unconditional release having found nothing incriminating in this peaceful demand for self - determination. On 31st of May 2016, hundreds were killed in churches in the south east where they went to pray to God for the actualization of Biafra. The level of subjugation and oppression of the people of south eastern Nigeria is so great and the pain too excruciating.
Sir I plead for a referendum to be conducted. I believe that God has laid it on your shoulder to ‘’ ………….., relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.’’ (Isaiah 1:17) and to ‘’ Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all the unfortunate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the afflicted and needy.’’ (Proverb 31: 8 – 9 NASB).
God bless you sir and may your government be remembered as the best in modern history of, not only America but, the whole world of the oppressed indigenous people.

Yours sincerely

Nkemakolam nwa Oriemezie Michael.

'Igbo enwe Eze'

Every Igbo man knows what I wrote above. When you keep that in mind, you realise that this thread is pointless. OUK was elected to serve Abians, not the Igbo nation. He has done what he can and bowed out and it is for Abia state people to score him on his performance. I dont think the younger Igbos pay much attention to politicians such as OUK any more, God knows that they have disappointed the youth long enough. The focus now is Igbo emancipation and development. Forget Nigerian politicians and what they say, we have heard it all before.

Shut up. I am from Abia state and the same Abia North with Orji Uzor . I can state categorically that Orji Uzor is the greatest enemy of Igboland and does not deserve a place amongst Igbo nation.
Let us catalogue some of his misadventure

1. He and Jim Nwobodo campaigned vigorously against our illustrious Igbo son EKWUEME in 1998 at the Jos presidential convention venue of PDP in favor of Obasanjo because he thought that his "brother" EKWUEME was not good enough to be the president of Nigeria, yet that is what he now desperately wants. In fact the only thing that gladdened my heart about Obj's regime was his castration of the fools.

2. As the executive governor of Abia state, Orji Uzor and his mother unleashed on Abia state idol worshipping such that for you to be a local government councilor you have to belong to their devilish cult and commit to idol worshipping.

3. For eight years please ask Orji Uzor his achievement as the governor of Abia state. Ought he not be a strong political leaders in Abia state today? but he has not been able to win our Abia North and I am proud to be one of the people that has consistently campaigned against his candidacy. HE CAN NEVER WIN. When he thought that he was a political heavy weight and supported Mrs. Ekwunife who bore the flag of his party PPA, in Anambra governorship race, Mrs. Ekwunife was roundly trounced because he was carrying a liability and showcasing misgovernance and ineptitude by being backed by Orji Uzor Kanu in her campaign.

1)Why was local goverment elections never held in Anambra during his 8 years tenure, despite collection their monthly state allocations
2)Why were contracts never published for open bidding by members of the public in every Ministry in the state
3)Why was there no transparent procurement process established to make sure contracts were not inflated
4)Why were all the contracts awarded and names of the companies who executed the contracts never published
5)Why did'nt he address why his convoy was caught with 250 million on lagos expressway http://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-east/147056-apc-tasks-police-boss-n250-million-allegedly-found-anambra-governors-convoy.html

7)He wants youth to join politics but didn't gave them space in his 8 yrs, third teir of government in which youths could start from councillor was not conducted in his 8yrs tenure, but 2 months before he left he conducted elections to cause problems for Obiano
coolWhy was the Anambra State Internal generated revenue being collected by his immediate uncle?
9)Where did he get the money during his tenure to build one of the biggest shopping malls in Abuja NEXT Cash & Carry?

Typical thieving Nigerian politician and conman

The Op is one of those that stick to patterns whether they work or not but do not see the goodness in innovative governance. Back to your stupid questions please answer me these questions and I will answer the questions you posed
1. What did the pple of Anambra need was it development and good governance or ineffective local government elections?
2. Was it public contract bidding or getting the job done?
3. Was it public procurement or achieving much more for the state?
4. Is it publication of the names of contractors or awarding the contract and getting the awarded contracts completed?
What should make sense is if you are able to refute the claims of his excellency that he performed wonders in Anambra without borrowing a kobo, that he was not owing any civil servant or pensioner a dime by the tie he left office, that he awarded road contracts in all the parts of the state, that he cut down government unnecessary spending while in government, that he handed back schools to the owners and assisted the owners to improve the academic records of Anambra state, that he positioned Anambra state to be what it is today - the number one state in terms of growth and development, that he left N75Bn in the government coffers before leaving. you questions are akin to what the Jews did to the savior which is why even till date they are still looking for a savior but we know the Jesus is the Christ and savior. This also made Jews to betray their Lord and king because they were busy pointing out that his disciples did not wash hand before eating, that he was dinning with sinners, that he was saying that he was the lord of the Sabbath, that he said he was the son of God - irrelevant things instead of listening to the message of truth and salvation and being save.
Please do not trivialize the subject of discourse with your little mind, presently Nigerians are looking for the people that will stir our ship out of the murky waters it has slumped and if Peter is the answer do not come here to write on inconsequential things. May be you are pained because you were one of those that wanted to pocket Anambra money and he did not allow you but used the money to work for Anambra people.

I am not from Anambra but my village has a common boundary with Anambra and we know what both Peter and Ngige did in Anambra and we have remained envious of Anambra people because we see them as blessed with these governors. and that has set a standard for the present governor which he is also working hard to meet.

How I wish that we will get a governor in Abia who will break all these your rules and still perform as Obi did in Anambra state in all spheres.

*just asking*

Faleke and Olusola Saraki are from Kogi and Kwara respectively (North Central) but are they yorubas? State creation is the bastard that divided us the most. But now we are talking of Igbo nation and we are jettisoning the ills of state creation.
To answer your question they are full bloodied IGBO men

This thread should not be an avenue for chest-beating, rather a place of retrospection.... cool

Supported. I am a full blown Igbo man from the heart of Igbo land. I think you are on point, let the little children in NL not digress this discussion by chest beating. This master piece is a call for retrospection.
Having said that, NLanders, do you know that the Chemical Engineering Department of UNN has been shut down since after the civil war because those ruling (mark my word "RULING"wink Nigeria thought that the technological advancement of the defunct Biafra republic was researched and developed in the department? Do you know that Obasanjo seized Ibeto's cement license because he is an Igbo and since he was competing favorably with an Hausa - Dangote - we must use state power to stop him? Do you know that the real issue between the 2 most dominant nationalities in the southern Nigeria - Yoruba and Igbo - is just fear of the former that the later will subsume their historical status as the earliest developed nationality in Nigeria and the later showing off and boasting that they are capable whether they are loved or hated. the Yoruba nation discovered that the Igbos were dominating in every space of national life before the civil war and they were playing second fiddle and this sparked jealousy instead of healthy collaboration to make Nigeria great. No wonder, as finance minister and to decimate the Igbos, Obafemi Awolowo promulgated the 20 pounds settlement of Igbos after the civil war irrespective of whatever you had in your account before the civil war. Followed by the indigenization of all the blue chip companies when the Igbos were still struggling to survive with 20 pounds they got. The indigenization policy literally transfer all the multinational concerns in Nigeria to the second most advanced nationality - the Yoruba nation. The Hausa/Fulani are no match to Igbo and Yoruba nations in any indices in terms of advancement and development, but they remain the rulers of Nigeria because they understand the power of unity. With this understanding, they do everything to make sure that Igbo nation and Yoruba nation never agree or come together because the day the Yorubas support the Igbos or Igbos support the Yorubas fully Nigeria will be liberated and the dominance of Hausa/Fulani in the political space of Nigeria will wane. An instance is during the GEJ national conference, when the Igbos were clamoring for equity in state creation the Hausa/Fulani delegates started weeping up sentiments among the Yoruba delegates by saying that Yoruba has more landmass and should be the ones clamoring instead of the Igbo thereby trying to lunch the Yoruba delegates against the Igbo aspiration. this was intended to create bad blood between the two nations, hence destroying any form of unity between the two nations in Nigeria, thus making the Hausa/Fulani to always have her political advantage.
I may write a thesis on this soon so watch out.

This cattle rearing is it not business for individuals; why is Buhari trying to use the lean resources from ND region to build it for them? How has he helped the fishermen in the ND and cassava farmers in the SE or Cocoa farming of the SW? Must everything this man does have ethnic and nepotic touch?

Nigerians have indeed entered a speed boat to destruction

Politics / So Far, Buhari Is A Total Failure –kano APC Chairman by Wumbawee: 8:56am On Aug 09, 2016
Factional chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Kano state, Hussaini Mairiga, has joined the list of Nigerians disappointed in the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.

To him, Buhari is ‘a total failure’.

Mariga, despite being in the same party with Buhari, said to journalists in Kano state on Monday, “From the looks of things, President Buhari has betrayed the confidence of the Nigerian masses who voted for him massively into power.”

Saying he was not trying to exaggerate, Mariga noted regrettably, that members of many families in the country now go to bed without at least one square meal, while many had abandoned their homes and families as they can no longer provide the basic needs of life for their loved ones.

The outspoken Kano politician said that it has become so worrisome that after one year of the Buhari administration in power, there was nothing to show while poverty in the country had reached a level that has never been witnessed in the history of Nigeria before.

Lamenting that a bag of rice now sold for N16, 000, in some parts of the country, he described as abysmal the continuous rising prices of other essential commodities since Buhari came into power.

According to him, the most painful part of it is that all these are happening at a time the ordinary man did not have money to make a living.

The factional APC chairman pointed that, those around the president, including his ministers, had refused to tell him the truth and advise him on the reality on ground.

He reminded Buhari of his campaign promises, stating that he did not like the way the masses were allowed to wallow in destitution and penury. He said Nigerians were in the worst condition that needed urgent attention.

The APC chairman advised the President to stop deceiving Nigerians that the nation had no money whereas on monthly basis, the federal and state governments continued to enjoy a boost in their allocations.

Rev. Fr Ejike Mbaka, an Enugu state Catholic priest, only recently noted in a videoed sermon, “My job is to tell leaders the truth, the landlords are crying, the tenants are lamenting, sellers are crying, buyers are lamenting and there is hunger on the streets.

“I can’t keep quiet when things are going wrong. I am telling the President to look around him and know those who are advising him rightly and those who are telling him that there is no trouble. The President should know that there is trouble and if things continue like this, in the next election, nobody will vote for him.”

Also, northern political chieftain, Junaid Mohammed, in describing Buhari’s government said, “ I will put it this way, we have exchanged one thoroughly corrupt government for one that pretends to be honest and is doing an honest job while in reality, it is business as usual.”

It should be noted that this is GEJ's performancetherefore Amaechi and Oyegun of APC should give the praise to whom it is due and not arrogate it to APC or Buhari
