Additionally, cellphones having issues within a year of purchase is not isolated to TECNO mobiles alone; i recall a colleague once telling me his Mighty blackberry OS10 smart phone suddenly turned into a overpriced water heater....or my sis who cracked her SGH Galaxy-S8 and the cost of repairs was equal to three months wages (plus overtime ) but thankfully the phone found an available spot to rest indefinitely on-top of her clothes rack. even the mighty giants such apples iphone, which have been known to be theoretically "bullet proof" (and with the price) have fallen prey to misfortune in the hand of we users! my point is the failure of phones these days isn't isolated to any brand in particular.
