Can all customers be satisfied? No It's easy for a client who has no genuine claims to come on board and put a dark spot on a brand. It takes a lot to build a brand. We have. Over 100 positive reviews on Nairaland Customers are not always right We can only do our best.
Yes a few people didn't get satisfied Because they took a shut -run view from their own point of view.

Don't get me wrong. I fully understand unexpected issues could arise in any brand or businesses. My point still remains our choice of words, expressions and attitude when tackling those issues are very vital. Sometimes, when customers have issues, you have to take into consideration that they also have customers who are also on their neck. When you flare up at customers, you are indirectly putting them in a panic mode --- a situation where they won't know what updates to give to their customers --- which in turn might make them lose their own personal reputation When you soothe customers, you're giving them a surge of positive energy needed to control their own reaction to their customers which will in turn favour both sides Yes! Not everyone can be satisfied but you can portray yourself in a way that everyone will know you have tried your best. I once had issues with a shipping company in March, as critical as the issue was (that made me lose two customers and a huge loss on my side) the account officer assigned to me offered me a good customer service, and let me tell you that for that reason, I resolved not to drag the issue out in public because I knew even though he was just an employee, he tried his best. If an employee could do that, then a business owner can do better You can have a million reviews on all social media but you can't measure how far a single complaint (plus how you handled the situation) could go... I hope you understand my little explanations. And if you feel I'm teaching you how to run your business... So far, my shipping experiences has been smooth and have always arrived before estimated arrival date

CHRISVICMALL PERSONAL REVIEW My First time using Chrisvicmall and they were Superb. I would give them 8 out of 10 The first minus is the fact they couldn't send to my location directly and it will also take days to reach the nearest collection point, so I had to travel down for collection. The second minus is that their customer care number was switched off through out 3rd of October and I had to rely on the live chat and facebook customer service for directions ![grin](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/grin.png) Also tell your staff to smile more ehn... Is Consolidation free or at a cost? Are there any other charges I should know about? I reside in Osun State, how will the goods be way billed to me? Can someone collect the goods in Lagos on my behalf? PS - It's my first time of using the service Chrisvicmall:

Remember to ask your supplier to use the exact address on your Chrisvicmall account "My China Address" when sending the goods to us. 2.) Remember to request the tracking number from them the moment they send the item to us. 3.) If possible ask them for the weight of each item at least it will help you to know the estimated shipping fee we will charge you. 4.) Finally, follow up. Once they informed you that they have shipped out, if you receive no update from us after 3days, please contact us immediately. 5.) Understand our charges.
If you do your part well, the rest is for us to do our well. We believe that there will be a smooth transaction at the end of the day.
On your dashboard, check "My Profile" and you will see "My China address". To add phone check the "View Profile"
