Doesn't work. You still have to go there and settle them. That's how I lost 20k for myself and older son. They said I paid into Abuja account while Abuja said I paid into Lagos account. No one agreed to help me.

I guess this is premise on the fact that we all believe that IRCC would only be concerned with details you supplied to them. If all the money you intend to.submit for your PoF is within a bank, then submitting details of the affected account would suffice IMO.

It's my interpretation of the screenshot. Everyone can still do what they have planned. People have not submitted all bank accounts and gotten PPR, others have submitted all and gotten PPR. Just do what your Mind tells you to do. Don't let internet people like me make you change your mind.

But i did. One account had N5,002, another had about N30k. But when i did my table of funds, i did not show it. Just told them i am showing all my bank accounts for them to see that i am a customer in good standing, no loans and the dates they were opened.

The wait to receive COPR is unnerving. So close yet so far.

Accra VO has taken more time to just stamp the visa than the Canada people. Na wa o. This is 3 weeks now and yet no PUM. Not like i am in a hurry but i would like to have it in my hand so my mind can rest.

Here is the requirements that must be met for a vaild letter from a financial institution. Once the details as requested by IRCC is met in the bank letter, you would not need a SoA....

This is where i got the fact that all banks should be listed and sent but people started attacking me that it is only the bank with money in it. Here, you can see clearly in the screenshot that it is a list of all banks held.

Don't mail me to ask about work reference letters. Why not ask the question here so others can weigh in?

Good link. Even tho I doubt if the man was really a supervisor but his actual role might not have been stated on the letter. There is difference between your Grade/level and the job 'function' for each individual

We may have 10 ETs on same level but different departments and work function but on reference letter, you only have the level stated. I may be wrong because I haven't seen any reference letter for Canada EE before.

So, I think it will be safe to ask if bank workers can get such letter that shows the level and job functions?

He submitted a forged employment letter initially which stated he was a credit supervisor before submitting his real employment letter. What i see happened was that he felt that they would think it contradictory to have ET and still claim Credit supervisor. Instead of forging an employment letter, he should have given them his introductory letter from the bank and then gotten his supervisors/group head to attest to his duties and include their complimentary cards and stuff. He obviously misrepresented and has only himself to blame. Once his 5 year ban is over, he can re-apply.

I would have had such an issue as my duties in my employment letter are totally different from what i do now but luckily i got reference letter in CIC format so sent only that.

2. our 2nd child is a US citizen without naija passport till now, could there be any issue submitting her US passport or is it better to get her Naija passport before the stage when we would be asked to submit all our passports?

1. The loan only reduced your POF. If you have 7m in your account and you have a loan of 5m, it means that your POF is 5m. No other issue with loans.

2. Don't know. I got Nigerian passports from the start for the kids so that I don't ask too many questions.

Nah. It is 1 year. Date is normally stated in the visa.

I stalled mine till 2 days before submission.
My medicals was passed same time as others with same AOR..and even earlier than people before or after my AOR.
Stalling medicals is purely a suggestion and maybe taken or discarded.

The reason I suggested stalling medicals has been explained by someother person and is simply to enable you "buy time" in d future...i.e if u may wish to.
Another person also brought up the good example of longer-than-expected processing times as is seen with applications @ london Visa Office. Such people will have almost no time between PPR and visa validity. They will be under pressure to land immediately.

I can freely sit back in naija and flex till march or even april 2018 all because my medicals and hence PRV is valid till april 2018.....I can as well jet out next week if i change ma mind...
Not everyone wants to scamper out of naija at d sighting of PRV/COPR.
Not everyone has d leisure of "no lose ends to tie".
So anyone who wants to have some time to play around with can take my suggestion.

I understand what you mean and agree more or less. Doing it 2 months early is not advisable but doing it the day you submit might not give them a chance to upload it on time. They may open the application, no medical yet, and just dump it for sometime. At best maybe by a few days.

Anyways, it's just conspiracy theories from all these WhatsApp chats. It seemed to be a reigning thingy.

Good tips. But stalling your medical also causes delays to when you pass medical.

This online fair was a bust for me. I tried everything to log in to the webinars but I think it's barred outside Canada because it kept telling me that this part is not available to me at this time.

Was anyone able to log in and watch successfully? The online fair continues today.

Why not apply for both of you to go and then he can use the PR as visiting visa for the next 5 years. It is just that he wont be able to renew but he might also have changed his mind during the time. You can claim points from him since he is willing to put in the work and the cost is almost the same.

Show all but put the Dom letter first. Also put a table to show the exchange rates and the balance.

For the Pharmacists in the house who are interested in the express entry, the process of getting an ECA is different. The designated body is PEBC (Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada) not WES or any other agency

Except if they have masters. They can evaluate the masters with any evaluation body.

I don't think it's right to say CPA needs WES. They require that your transcript sent directly by the institution and they also accept WES ICAP not the regular ECA as an alternative to sending your transcript.

They reserve the right to ask for further info is they think it's necessary. People have successfully transferred to CPA without WES so it's not a cast in stone.

My point is using WES as an accountant can save you the stress of asking your school for transcript again for CPA sake..one can just tell WES to upgrade to ICAP but it doesn't mean that CPA requires WES before you can transfer to membership.
