Since they travelled with their US passports, you should have included the passports.
A crazy case officer might frown at it. Likely it will be overlooked sha.

Fingers crossed.

Applications are not processed in London Ontario. It has to be London UK.
Check this link for visa processing centres.

I read through the link and you're probably right.

Please I have a question that nobody has answered.
Is it wrong to create two profiles for a family. That is I create my own profile for the family and my wife creates her own for the family. If we both get ITA, we use one.
I'm thinking about this because it will be easier for me to get supporting documents than my wife. However my CRS is lower than my wife due to age. So if we both create profiles and we both get ITA, I'll prefer we use my profile. I'll only want us to use her profile if I didn't ITA because it will be more difficult to get her documents.
Is this my plan okay?

It's a very good plan. I don't see any issues at all.

Exactly at the bolded. I just put in the Nigerian passport. I didn't mention the US.

It's what I did as well. Hope no issues. I have travelled several times with them but didn't include any of their travel stamps as I felt that it was unnecessary as they were kids. Started thinking that it's wrong.

My dear. I have searched every space but cannot confirm or refute anything. I've called IRCC and was told London Ontario (i recorded the call sef) and yet there seems to b no know evidence that Ontario processes E. E applications.

Yes there exists an office in Ontario but i'm yet to see another applicant. So its either
a) the CIC agent na olodo or
b) na people de assume say na U.k or
c) both Ontario and U. K actually process E. E

IN ANY CASE ITS D END THAT MATTERS.

All these London na Ontario. Sydney na Nova Scotia. Ottawa na Ontario. All in Canada. Why would they send to UK?

You can indeed dress fashionable in winter if you are ready to spend some money. I have only worn an ugly winter boot once. for guys, there are timberland boots and Nike Lunar Force 1. My everyday footwear in winter is the Lf1 by nike.
Jackets..you have canadian goose, Under armour, North face, columbia and some other fancy ones out there.

Can one wear those boots to work, if you work in a bank for instance? It looks too casual for an office environment.

Good evening , Please what's sufficient document for "legal change of name doc" , will just marriage certificate and newspaper publication do?

I submitted just newspaper publication and marriage certificate. I never did an affidavit. I just saw here that it may be necessary. Oh well, I have submitted already.

Hi everyone,
I'm new on this forum.
I'll like to know how to increase our scores. Our profile expires this month and I'd like to know if it's possible to improve on our points while creating a new one.

Knowing that we'll lose even more points as we apply again due to our age. We scored 410 previously . Hubby and I do not have our masters and we took our first IELTS exams last year.

Hubby's IELTS Scores:
LISTENING 8.5, Writing 7, speaking 7.5 and reading 8.5
My scores:
LISTENING 8, Reading 7, Writing 6.5, Speaking 7
I'm new to this thread any advise will be well appreciated.

Ordinarily, those would be pretty good scores. Your hubby as the PA can try to increase his scores in writing and speaking but IELTS is not that easy to predict. If you increase your writing, it is only an additional 1 point.

You might want to consider going the PNP route. It is more expensive and you need more documents but it could make the difference. You can target a New Brunswick when they do their open day in like Dubai and stuff.

British Council is doing recruitments in my field. I feel like applying so that i can ask them why they more interested in the money than letting people get there real mark. Feeling mischievous.

Finally submitted after plenty rigmarole. Wonder why there was no option to pay for just a part of the fee and pay the RFP later. Seems things have been on fire since i was away. More than 40 pages!

Congrats to all PPR, ITA. Success to all IELTS hopefuls.

Then you didn't read my first post properly. Or you're understanding it in another context.
What's the minimum cut off @ bolded? The maximum points you'll get for language as the PA with an accompanying spouse is 128. If and when your spouse takes the test, he or she will add 20 points. If not your maximum point you can get for language is 128 points (CRS points)

I hope I've made myself clearer?

I was buttressing his fact. 8777 does not give you maximum points. It gives you about 20 points less than maximum. Its for spouse that it gives the maximum.

Okay.

So I sent them a mail today to ask about getting a full refund after canceling, and I got this feedback from them.

Based on the bolded, I think one can still cancel and get a full refund despite having a file number.

Abi, wetin you think?

If you used naira or US dollars to pay, the amount refunded will be far less than what you paid. Because of the bank's rate.

I hope you've put this theory to test? Let me comment my real reserve
In case you didn't know, you get more points If you're a single applicant or if you have an unaccompanying spouse as opposed to married folks with accompanying spouses.
Please use the CRS tool.

I know and I have put it to test. I have an accompanying spouse. I got the minimum cut off which gave me 438. If I had gotten the maximum, I would have had 458 and then he would still give me additional 20 points meaning I would have gotten 478. I checked and rechecked.

This should be for single applicants as the max you can get for married applicant is 128 perhaps if your spouse writes you'll get the extra 20 points. If not max with the above score is 128 points.

I don't think so. Whether married or not, you can get higher points on your own by increasing the bands to what he recommended.

Foreign travel is getting more expensive not just due to summer rush but because IATA has raised their benchmark exchange rate for airlines.

Prices have increased by up to 7% in addition to normal summer increase.

I have an issue o. Don't know if anyone can help me. My colleague that we were on the same level asked my company to provide reference letter. She gave them the job descriptions that are at least 50% copied from the NOC word for word. I was so pissed. They said they won't give me a different one as we have the sane job title so that it won't conflict.

How do u think these people will view such? They will know that it was copied. Even though it is what we do but she could have paraphrased it. She has submitted so can't even recall the letter.

Has anyone had this experience and still received PPR?
