It was! in fact, a series of lists was published through their website some time ago (I saw it). Interviews have ended as well, according to their website, " Interviews of shortlisted candidates from Applications submitted during the 2016 recruitment exercise has ended."
I guess applicants are currently awaiting appointment messages. To me, this is progress. What about this one?

No list has ever been released. 2016 recruitment is yet to be concluded. In no distant time the list will come out.
