With agents in nigeria demanding for 10% of sale or rental and providing such an apalling service to the nigerian market, fueled by greed and poor customer service.

i believe alot of people must be frustrated by the services of so called agents as it is easier to push a sale through when dealing with the owner directly.

I have compared their service to agents in the UK, who request a modest 1.25 to 1.75 percent for sale and they work very hard to achieve a sale for the seller and buyer within 6 weeks, but unlike nigerian agents who because of their greed, poor marketing knowledge, touting personality are more than happy to frustrate a potential buyer and keep properties on their books, wasting peoples time by acting busy and arrogant?

LAND MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND NEGOTIATIONS WILL BE WITH DIRECT OWNERS AS AGENTS HAVE PROVED TO BE VERY GREEDY, DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND TO ME NIGERIAN ESTATE AGENTS ARE NOTHING BUT TOUTS FILLED WITH GREED AND IGNORANT OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PUSH THROUGH A SALE.
