Those evening newspapers are highly diabolic. They will first be enjoying the young prick and it's ability to make dem cum several times. Once you become their steady fùck & ur future is bright, na to hang pregnancy for your neck. If you fall for it, the beginning of your demise is near. With the help of their mum, they will now look for how to alienate you from your family and replace it with theirs 2 suck you dry... if that doesn't work & you do agidi not to marry dey will deny you d child even if you contribute to the upkeep. Worse is when they have a yoruba pastor that is their confidant that one will replace you with fùcking and stealing their money

Man, you know are well experience lol. You know them very well. True, if their plan doesnt work, they opt for the spiritual method to attack one's parent so they can forget about their Son.

It is just unfortunate what happened to Kayode, we his homies from Ibadan call him Tyson.

The Lady successfully isolated him from his Family, his immediate brother still scots with friends around Ring-Road area Ibadan, his mama self no really enjoy his wealth cry. When Baba Taiwo Ogunjobi died this Lady just took total control of his life angry.

Moral of the lesson to Men, everything is not all about money, try and build yourself up Emotionally, Spiritually and Financially, this world is a cruel place and only the fittest would survive it (I guess women understand this from earlier than Men, that is why News like this would keep happening)

Taiwo Ogunjobi was his God father, Kayode wasn't an extremely talanted footballer. He rose on the shoulder of Godfatherism!!

In as much I try as much as possible to show empathy and help guys back home ( just friends and not my immediate family members). I noticed most of them cook up all sort of lies and stories to extort large sum from you.

A female friend was already married but lied about it, I got to know after I had sent her money. When I discovered she was already married, I told her I don't send money to married ladies especially if I don't know the hubby.

Another one lied I should help him with legal fees for him to claim his late dad's pension from Osun state government, I used number 6 method because I knew he wasn't honest from past antecedents.

A former colleague requested money to start his building foundation as land grabbers were about taking away his land from him, I never gave him a response because I know he was lying.

A family friend claimed his mother was sick, infact I was ready to help him but I wanted my mum to reach out first but the guy declined, then I knew he was a liar.

Another one reached out to help him get Waec GCE Form, and I was able to see the evidence that he has registered for the exam, I did what he expected me to do.

Currently, I have adopted the OP number 6 method only when I smell any form of dishonesty.

You move out and he’s happy that the nagging and burden is lifted. He gets a good job, accuse you of abandonment and start carrying other women. Who lose? Just dey play.

Similar scenerio happened to someone I know.

He lost his job during Covid.

Wife left him to go back to her parent house.

He got another job same day the wife left.

Wife came back but the marriage never remained the same.

He abandoned the wife and left for Canada lol.

Sweet revenge.

So what's the connection between virginity and your current predicament? Or you are in search of a pity party to encourage you to go and cheat?

Typically, when we have a problem, we need the best solution and not the best solution we can come up with.

Moving back to your parents is not a bad solution but do you think there could be better solutions you need to explore?

Lol, this OP is Man disguised as a woman with 3 kids.

Abeg when did all these wedding committee start? I am just hearing about it

I am not trying to sound tribalistic here, it's mostly done by guys from the South East and South South especially Portharcourt guys.

I once worked there, so I know them very well. While I was working in the Brewery, it was same them that will go about begging almost all the staff in the Organization to dash them their monthly drinks so they can have enough for their wedding or naming ceremonies.

They have difficulty funding a successful wedding ceremony like what is obtainable in the SouthWest. I attended 2 of their weddings before I stopped honouring other wedding invitations while I was residing there.

Their motive is always to recoup what they intend to spend for their ceremonies from family & friends.

Yeye people lol.

Hello everyone.
My husband and I are expecting our baby soon and I want to have the baby in Canada, I recently got my Canadian PR visa and want to take advantage of that.
I currently live in Europe and I plan to come into Canada before mid November. My plan is to do a soft landing, have my baby and go back to take care of myself and child before permanently relocating as a PR to Canada.

I have no one in Canada and will be landing for this purpose during winter, I need an accommodation in Alberta for a period of two months. Anyone in Alberta with an extra room in their house available for short term rent will be an ideal plan for me.
I want to be around people as much as I can. I am also open to joining Alberta group for this purpose pls.
I want to settle the accommodation as soon as I can.
I am open to other provinces as well.

I went through your past posts on NL to know your kind of personality because I know a female friend willing to sublet her room, you claimed you are an introvert, and you enjoy your private space and don't like sharing your space while you loose energy having people around you.

Now that you are pregnant and you need help with accommodation and help from people, you still came here to claim you want people around you.

You want people around you now as maid shey?

Personally, people like you don't deserved to be helped.

The family might want to use you get there daughter to travel abroad, study them very well, and be sure your wife love you.

You can start the processing of travelling out before your marriage.

Once it click get married and leave but try everything to somehow cut your wife from the parent but take good care of the parent.

Baba you dey intelligent, same thing I thought.

The fiancee might be part of the game sef lol.

Ditch them regardless of how much you have spent, I bet they will come back begging you.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

For the fact you even helped her siblings to secure jobs in ur organization shows the family is even a struggling one. Them wan you use you balance themselves.

Romance / Re: Top 10 Reasons Why You Should Date Uk-based Nigerian Women by yeldey: 1:26am On Jul 25, 2023
pansophist:
I have this friend that lives in Germany (lets call him John). I connected John with a Nigerian girl in the UK in 2019. They matched and vibe well but as soon as she knew that he is not a German citizen or with PR, she just jilt the guy.

I was in the UK last summer and met with her. She was still single. She asked about John, and I told her that he is fine, done with his masters in engineering and works for Bosch. He is also a German citizen now.

It was few weeks later after my holiday John told me that she has been disturbing him since for a relationship, citing all kinds of excuses as reason why she suddenly cut off. Excuses such as mental health, dealing with personal and family issues etc.

But John is not an idiot. Anyways, John already moved on and will get married soon to his Ivorian/French fiance. I will be a best man for sure on his wedding. Na my sure paddi.

What I've seen in the UK few times I was there is the need to outsmart the other. The girls won't be with a guy that is just coming up. They date/marry for interest. That's the story of most.

They don't think ahead. If you do Uber today, then in their mind, you'll do Uber forever. It's either a ready-made or nothing. Working together with a guy and build up is almost an abomination. They don't build, the move in.

Whatever.

Very interesting story, naija ladies are very myopic.

I remember when I landed Edmonton still transiting using the City Bus and Train, Naija babes dey see me then has Jonny just come, they dont even respond after exchanging contacts because they knew I just landed. They never gave bobo the chance.

Now that I got a MNC job, bought a car and a small home, them no allow man pikin rest.

A naija guy who works in my organization came here on Student Visa told me a story of how he met a naija babe in the Train, he said they flowed very well and exchanged phone number. The lady asked him of his residency status and he was honest with her. He decided to reach out to this lady same day, he discovered the lady had blocked his line everywhere including whatsapp😆😆

Travel / Re: Nigerians In The UK Are Really Suffering by yeldey: 3:37am On Jul 07, 2023
Coolcube:
The reality is that such complaints about the UK being hard are from students who have restricted hours to work and have tuition to pay. AND they are new in the system. With time, things get better when they reskill/get certified, start a career and adjust into the system

A scenario of a couple, both working the normal 40 hours per week (even on the livng wage £10.5-13 per hour) will have a take home of about £3,000 outside of London. Thats working blue collar. If they have no or one child, they can conveniently save about £400 pounds every month, as schooling is largely free for kids. Thats about N400,000 per month. Yeah, I understand that some people can save more than this is Naija, such people need not come to the UK to live. However, if you are not yet at that cadre where at the barest minimun even when you and your partner work full time you can save 150k per month, then let no one tell you UK is not good!

Once a person starts a good career here in the UK (after schooling or getting certfied), he/she WILL BALL for life, provided sense dey and the NRC no get hand for im matter! At least certain things like housing are sure without much stress or system working against you. A Naija guy in his 40s here just bought a 5 bed room house from a Development Group where I work at £349,000. Sure, it is mortage, and he will pay over a period. The Naija blood in me even felt that was too much, but he is a big guy in corprate world here and come to think of it, if he sells the house in another 20 years to say he is retiring home, he would have nothing less than half a billion in naira to himself, if not more! Working class Nigerians are also starting businesses here...consulting and making cool cash.

Summary: people can do well or otherwise in Nigeria. And people can do well or otherwise in the UK. My take: the odds of doing well in a Tier 1 or 2 country are higher than in Nigeria. All one needs is a plan. Don't come into the UK with the Naija boss mentality of "I have 2 maids and three cars, so I cant adjust." Get certified in a profession or re-skill into something more valuable in the new enviroment and dont get stuck on shitty jobs because they pay the bill and you can send some money home to build a house. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Anywhere we dey, may God make a way for us.

God bless Naija my country!
God save the King and keep the UK!

Thank you for this comment.

That's is exactly my plan when returning back to Naija as a multi millionaire after selling my house in Canada.

When people think of the Netherlands, they don't take into consideration with the fact that The Netherlands consist of three other countries in the Caribbeans (Aruba, Curacao, and Sint maartens).
