Dear All, I got my study permit approval in August 2022 and I will be leaving for Canada in 3rd of December 2022. My question is Can I start the sowp application for my spouse before leaving for Canada? If yes, I would be glad if I could get the list of documents required for the application. I would be glad also if I could get response to my quest asap. Thank you all in anticipation. |

I checked my GCKey account this morning and I saw under Eligibility review that " WE ASSESS WHETHER YOU MEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA" as against WE ARE REVIEWING WHETHER YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS" Also, REVIEW OF MEDICAL changes from YOU PASSED THE MEDICAL EXAM to RESULTS OF YOUR MEDICALS ARE FAVOURABLE. After I re-login again, All the information have changed to the usual messages on the GCKEY account. Abeg, has anyone experience this before or is this what people refer to as ghost message ? |

Present Sir ! I noticed virtually all the January 2022 applications do not receive swift attention like those after them. It's so unfortunate. Am actually January 15th applicant and my eligibility review began just 12 days ago after bombarding IRCC with series of mails. The waiting is killing bro. Am waiting for their final decision and I hope it will not take donkey years to hear from them. It will end in praise. What God cannot do does not exit. zxxtx: 3 Likes |

I don't know if anyone is in my shoe. I am January 15th 2022 applicant without no significant update from IRCC. My eligibility review has not commenced. This is really frustrating. I know God will intervene and my story will change for good before the week runs out. 4 Likes |

I am January 15th applicant. The last update on my account was biometric completed. There was no new message thereafter. Meanwhile, I did upfront medical assessment day before yesterday (16th Feb. 2022) and I had subsequently raised web form to inform IRCC of the development. Let us keep our fingers cross. Everything will surely end in praise. User1010: |
