My final interview was on the 11th of May. Is there any other person here in the same boat as me? Have you gotten an email for documentation ?

Hello friends, I've been having difficulty getting past the page where I input my personal information, I have done it several times but to no avail. It keeps making me re-do what I have already imputed meanwhile I am using Google chrome and I have uploaded my passport... What could be the solution for this please?

I think it's a general problem and they'll probably look into it before the end of today.

Good day VO. I received a blue letter today at the embassy in Lagos for not having enough evidence to show I have strong ties in Nigeria and USA (I forgot some of my vital documents at home in a rush though). I'm supposed to arrive in US by 31st cause my cousin's wedding comes up on 1st April. Do you think I might still be able to meet up with the deadline for arival for the wedding if I reapply now for the visa, book my interview for monday and possibly get my visa granted?

gabng: INSIDER INFO ALERT

- Apart from Fireman/Firewoman post, If you dont have strong connections vis a vis house of rep or senator or strong PDP politician with influence in abuja via ministry of transport or top echelon of the NPA the probability of getting the job is 15%.

- JSS1 Salary plus allowances after tax is 92,420 naira with annual percentage increases, Fire officers earn close to 140 to 160k.

- This recruitment officially started in late october and i am surprised it is being made public now.

You're right about the recruitment starting late October. Though it started around that time, it wasn't made public and official. What was going on then was just in house lobbying not until Maritime Workers Union with other unions concerned had a meeting with the manager that the decision to place adverts this year was made (the meeting was held in the third week of Dec). Publicing it is just for sake of record and posterity. Already, before now hundreds have applied through man know man grin

Its for real, I have my intelligence within the system. However, what I find laughable grin grin is how the advert is specifically for humanities and social sciences. What relationship has these two with fire service kiss kiss If at all its to be discipline stratified, SSS4, I think engineering has better prospect cool
