Fast forward 2020, I’m just discovering that I could have done this shit myself because all you do is just to withdraw the funds to the bank account issued by payoneer, which anyone can do by themselves.

Some may say payoneer bank won’t work with PayPal, but I’ve discovered how to make it work, by simple google search. And I just withdrew from another limited PayPal by myself.

Personally I think the fee you charge for this service is too much. Most people who use this service are so desperate to get out their limited funds after waiting 6 months, so they tend to pay any amount you propose to them just to bring out the funds.
