For that month put a "0" before "1"
Example- 01 instead of 1

demmysoft:
Morning house,

Am l on the right track, there was a problem while filling the application form as state below " enter valid original course start date" . I have entered 22/01/2021 as stated on my CAS.

Please, what could have been the error.

The whole fault balls down to your bank honestly, and who ever printed that statement for you, they have no issue with your account or closing balance, but that 100 airtime which seem faded only created some doubts for them.. no need throwing blames, next line of action is the way forward. Administrative review

slimdolyin:
Nothing is wrong with bank statements but the last part was printed on the bottom where the names of the executive of the bank are usually written, so the 100naira airtime wasn't clear.

Wow! I'm so sorry about this, i feel you should also mail the school about this, give them an update about this.. and did the school verify your bank account before issuing you CAS?

slimdolyin:
Hi folks,

I was refused today.

The embassy sent my statement to my bank to confirm which they actually said it was okay but there was this 100 naira airtime I bought that jump on the statement so it wasn't showing well.

That Is the reason of my refusal.
So now I want to collect a letter from the bank confirming the transaction and also print a new copy of the statement.

They said I have the right to review but I want email UKVI first about this boarder line issue with the clear statement.

Please as anyone done this before and got a good reply from UKVI?

Guy i don dey notice you, you've been everywhere on this thread... expired IELTS? And school gave admission?.. Easy now lol

Victorex001:

I have heard of 3 refusals...but all 3 refusals are very understandable.

1. Used expired IELTS
2. Account statement wasn’t up to 28 days
3rd Person was too down and doesn’t want to open up, he only said he had a previous problem with UK embassy — Don’t know what that mean.

If we do we the right thing, I believe we would all get. But the wait is sickening and killing.

I never sleep for 5 days now...

Good evenin guys, please i need your help, I'm in a fix and it's getting me worried, okay so when filling in my application.. i got to the part of " what type of sponsor will you be studying with"

I picked "overseas higher education provider" instead of "higher education provider with a track record of compliance"
I hope this won't result in any issue with my application as I'm scared about this.. thank you
