This is tricky. Did you mean you don’t have English score and created EOI?
Option 1: get married because your future wife is more important than any paper. So ignore the ITA and create a new one after you get married. Both of you should write English test and aim for proficient English. You may still be able to get the ITA cos this new government has issues of 20k ITAs recently, so the streak will continue again next month.

2. put your wedding on hold and lodge your application. Then wait for it to be granted before you can get married.
Either ways don’t lose money and love!
The call is yours!
You can’t claim single points and want to enjoy

I would rather get married and have us do another IELTS. Thanks

Please clarify the bolded. Do you mean you didn't do IELTS before submitting EOI? If that is the case, your ITA might be invalid.

The best way to include your partner is to apply for visa before your wedding day. Then while your application is ongoing (before you're granted visa), write DHA to inform them of your change in circumstance. They will request for additional documentation and if they are satisfied, they will add her to your existing application, then you both get PR. This is what I did. If you wait until you're granted visa before informing DHA, you'll be forced to apply for spouse visa for her, which means you might be apart for two years before she can join you.

If you're unable to apply before your wedding, then you might need to forfeit this ITA, and submit another EOI after wedding, then hope you're invited again.

All the best.
Good afternoon @iceberge and @tunlex
Please, I did IELTS. I had 6.5 in speaking hence, I had zero points for English. This is what I meant.

No you cannot use the same EA result for a technician occupation. You need to identify the occupation you want to assess, and check www.anzscosearch.com to ascertain the assessing authority and we can tak it up from there.
You can assess with EA for the new occupation or any other authority

Thanks alot @ tunlex. I checked and the assessing body is VETASSESS. I will check to see the requirements for assessment

Good morning @Tunlex,
Please, can I use my EA assessment for professional engineer to apply as engineering technician? Or should I do a new assessment and with which body? I figured NSW is not inviting offshore civil engineers in all the RDA but some are inviting civil engineering technicians. Please, advise. Thanks
