Mind you everybody is already doing shares dilution in whatever guise.

Minimum wage is a disguise not born out of interest for the people, but to propagate his workings.

I hope they are not intimidated to fall in line.I read whr they are considering to make it a criminal offence if the ceo of banks refuse to pay within a stipulated time. And which after they stand the risk of jail.....this government is really becoming something else. I had really believe this government could offer something better than Buhari believing nothing could be as worst as his government even as I am obedient

Man moves around with an ♾️ signage. The difference between him and bubu is that he's more intelligent.

I'm just going to sit back and see how to keep my piping skill going(laying pipes is my full-time job).

Without sounding callous, I pray for the common man if they don't act! I pray we're all safe.

Simplifying

5. Fixed Income Instruments (FII):
Simplified: Interest rates for savings and bonds will probably stay high for a while. Banks, the Central Bank, and the government all need money, so they're willing to pay higher interest.

6. Equity market outlook:
Simplified: More people might start buying stocks to protect their money from losing value. This could keep the stock market from falling, especially for certain strong companies.

The equities gymnastics is already getting tiring for me. Might just stick to 5 than opting for 6. The supposed good picks in equities(scratches head)
Where would fresh cash come from for the supposed businesses? See the image over Alhaji(ALHAJI OO).

Are we about to see a full blown cart£l operation?

Thank you ogg, you will not win us. grin

You'd be surprised at the different power blocs and cabals grappling for dominance in the government... let's see how this plays out

Just one in this case. Nigeria's street-hustling has no room for a finesse touch.

Everybody wants somebody to "bend the knee". "The Cabal" vs Dangote Refinery.

"Na power struggle for the pie", but done in a very tactless way.

It was Landmark, now Dangote. Lagos breeze is different oo.

First Bank follow for stingy? grin

I no know oo. They should just merge and form super banks. Give existing shareholders some level of worth. All this gymnastics for RI marketing. Everybody wants to keep hold of major holding, no wahala.
They have a 2026 deadline right. Let them keep marketing. Let us see why we should buy these shares at CP at the end of FY24. H2 results awaiting observation.

The banks should stop disturbing us especially "stingy" banks. They deserve no sympathy. Just merge and allow us rest grin. Make una feel the heat too.

What a start to business. Sabotage, intrigue and all. Tony better get that his oilfield rolling to service Dangote oo. Oando is up, Aradel is running. I expect more investment(whenever we get them) in marginal field/operators to gear up production towards Dangote.

To think he's shopping for crude in the Americas is wild.

The game right now is for the market makers, the money bags that can afford to average down, the bullion vans that want controlling shares in some companies most especially banks and the highly experienced investors.

Let them lead. I said it earlier. If you are bringing fresh cash, the risk is yours alone.

Politics / Re: New Economic Stabilisation Paper Hints At N5.4tn Fuel Subsidy Bill by Zagee: 3:21pm On Jun 05
What will happen if you factor in that 5.4 trillion into a reasonable response on wage against the expected increase. Be very deliberate and diligent with the Agric sector by boosting reserves and having sufficient quantity to control food inflation. Why must we resolve to that amount on "Fuel subsidy" alone?

Nigerian banks can withstand moderate to severe financial tsunami.
The daily cash flows and fleecing antecedents of the banks make it possible for them to continue profitable operations despite impairment of loans.
It would take a monumental corruption to wreck the Banks.
Inflation or deflation, forex loss or gain, the Bank will always fleece their customers and shareholders.
They are still the main stay of Nigeria non-oil economy.

I recommend you see the profit generated from their diaspora branches. smiley

But notwithstanding, I don't rule out some wobble. However, current levels can make for strategic entry points..
