There is no problems at all…. Everyone stay undetectable that’s it

I have a question please,
In places like USA that I heard that it's difficult for people to see who to date or marry.
How easy or difficult can it be for someone who's HIV positive to see a positive person to date or marry?

What your reasons for not wanting to get married sir?
You will be fine with your medications. Stay well.

I don't want to marry,
It's my personal decision

Before I answer, can you throw more light on why you mentioned surrogacy? What are the fears?
Because I'm not sure if I want to get married but I want to have my own children due to two reasons;
1. I genuinely love kids.
2. I am the only child (you know what is at stake)

I'm just checking different options that I have before making any conclusions about what I want and what I can get.

Ok let me start from detected, I was in a clinic last month to test for HIV and I was told I’m negative because they didn’t find any HIV in my system, remember years ago I was positive with very high viral load and while taking ARV, it was suppressed and too small to be seen in my blood therefore I cannot transmit hiv to anyone and it cannot also be easily visible that I have hiv through ordinary hiv test.
In another scenario, it can also be detected in the blood but then cannot be transmitted because the viral load again is too small(less than 50), therefore in as much as it is obvious the person is positive, the viral load which is the determinant of the transfer of hiv to another person is too tiny, so that means, it can be seen but not enough load to transmit, another scenario is someone with a high viral load, that means it can be seen and with also a high load, can transmit as well.
The job of ARV is to reduce the load to the barest minimum to stop transmission and also even make it invisible which is the highest goal…

I know you may not have really experienced what it looks like making babies as a HIV positive person because you are not married yet
but I would love to know how the process looks like in the US, and also if HIV positive guy can do surrogacy plus an estimate it will cost in the USA.

Having sex with condom not possible, how will he explain that to his spouse especially when they would be trying to have an issue. Below 50 is fine, but his target is to remain undetected forever. He is faithful with taking his drug and should not be having a challenge of viral load going from undetected to 47, that's not his wish.

I don't understand,
Didn't he tell his wife to be about his Status?

Hiding something sensitive like this can lead to a proper mess

Sorry about that, there is nothing to fear, sometimes an ARV may not be compatible with your body, just tell your doctor something’s that have changed since you started taking the drugs, he will immediately change pills for you.
Sometimes also you adjust to it as well, but I’ll advice that you speak to the doctor. Be happy, there is nothing to fear at all. Ensure you also have at least ibroprofen or any pain med so that you can take it once you start having pains.

Regardless of the stage of HIV, it doesn’t matter, the only thing is to start medication and you will live your life to the fullest, just change medication and you are good

Thanks

Can someone still get to AIDs (stage 3) with constant intake of ARV drugs?

Started taking my drugs on 9th August this month, I am having heartburn and stomach pain and weakness. Danced very well on an event on Sunday and I nearly died yesterday due to pains , it made me sad like, is this how my life will just end?

Visa processes especially for student visa is online, it’s same process which involves writing the school, gaining admission then apply for visa. Sometimes it’s granted and denied a lot of times, I think you should try your surest path. You can try others as well if you have enough to spare but don’t just go all in trying to get US student study visa, should always be a backup

Boss!!
Seems like you skipped my question

No one returns anyone on medical grounds, before you become a green card holder in America you have to go through a medical and the doctor have to ensure you have been treated of any underlying illness before the respite is sent to immigration, infact you cannot be denied green card if you present a proof to the immigration doctor that you have started your treatment.
The essence of an immigration doctor to run a test is to ensure you have gotten an adequate treatment therefore they will hardly send it a bad document .
I know someone who was tested positive for syphilis when he went for his medical exam, the doctor asked him to go take the syphilis shot and bring a report from the clinic he took it from, he did so and he attached it to his medical record to state that he has take the single shot. He was scared but his green card was approved in 2 weeks. This is United States though, I don’t know where you or your pal travel plans are to, so I’m not aware of other countries.

To leave Nigeria, be sure you know your path to being a legal citizen in whatever country you are traveling to,if you aren’t sure, you may be at risk of being homeless or illegal in another man’s country and that’s not funny
