I will strongly recommend that you look for another university that will accept HND , you will definitely find one, and I will also encourage you to look for school outside London unless you are loaded financially, London is very expensive city.
Again I repeat this.. there is nothing like registration fees and insurance when it comes to the UK admission. The IHS fee you will pay during your visa application is your insurance and it covers you throughout your stay in the UK.

Do not allow any agent to defraud you.

Once had this issue. Changed belts multiple times and even two of the idle rotors.. but there was no difference. Infact, the noise became louder.

I later later changed the BELT TO A SLIGHTLY SHORTER ONE. The noise disappeared.
Apparantly, the previous belt had expanded a bit

They bought fake belt, probably another tokunbo belt that has stretch like yours. You need to get original new belt and the sound will stop

just go to samsung site and download the stockrom of your phone model and flash through odin. first download odin 3.0 and pick the stockrom u want to flash and connect ur phone to ur pc and boot ur phone to odin by pressing power key +vol down and flash the rom on ur phone.
