All of you posted to Abia should come with a very thick sweat shirt and a very lite hand fan Sweat shirt/sweater for d almighty cold in d wee hours and handfan for d afternoon sun. D two na die. And be prepared to wake up as early as 3am. Sleep is now a luxury except on Sundays cos there's no parade. The camp is cool and the soldiers are friendly. Come with mufti if you can... You will be allowed to wear it on Sundays from morning till 2pm. Water na another war for here. All in all, ur going to enjoy it. Congrats on your postings y'all.

No sir, you cannot go to camp with batch C. I just break your heart right? There are 3 things involve. 1. You need to get an affidavit addressing this particular issue. It should be stated, in detail, what the problem is and where it came from. 2. Visit any NYSC sect around you, ask for the head of ICT, explain to the person in detail what the problem is then drop the affidavit, the person knows what to do. 3. Go back to ur school and tell them to resend your name. And you will be good to go for batch A15. Best of luck. Cheers.

But I have my call up number...

Hey everyone, I just got my call up number from my school finally. The problem I have is my date of birth. Nysc put 1984 instead of 1994. I tried to change it but culdnt and was told to go and get an affidavit and I've done that. The issue now is that my name is among thos who are exempted from service but I have my call up number. What does this mean? Will I still be able to go to camp? Pls help me, my parents are putting pressure on me
