Hello house, my friend applied to Robert Gordon university Scotland, he couldn't get his transcript because of the on going strike, he only applied using his degree certificate and other documents.
He has gotten a conditional offer to pay tuition deposit and Rewrite personal statement but nothing was mentioned about the transcript.
Should he go ahead and fufill the conditions.
Will they still ask for transcript afterwards since they didn't mention it as part of the conditions of the offer.

2) what other documents does she need?

Yesit’s possible to adopt a child to bring them to the UK but to adopt someone of that age (15yrs) in your case they will check ur financial status, ur settlement status and standard of living. Do you earn enough to cater for her, do you have extra room for her in ur house, will you be readily available to look after her and not neglect her. These are questions you might want to answer. You will need to proof beyond reasonable doubt it’s not child trafficking.

I am currently in UK on a student visa with my 4 kids and husband. I have a sibling in Canada who is a PPR holder and she wants me to visit while I still have student status in uk, she believes having my family in the UK and my study can serve as tie to my application.
I already have a valid biometrics and UCI number as well because I applied for federal self employed since 2020 and it's still in process.
What documents do I need to present for this Visitor Visa application if I am to apply from UK and do you think her analogy will work?

She MAY be able to use that certificate to apply for the role of a Social Care worker or, at most, an Health Care Assistant. But she may need a letter of recommendation to back it up.

Abeg oo, did ukvi change their policy without due notification. Firstly, I applied for my visa together with my family and we all got our visas, now my friend is doing her's with her family through an agent and the agent is telling her that they couldn't link her application, that it's prompting them to process her visa first before doing her family. That the whole family cannot do together until the principal applicant gets her visa. She is even convincing my friend that her best option is to do super priority, so that her visa can come out fast to enable them submit her family's own. This is a bit strange actually, Nigeria is not on the list of countries that applicants need to register with the police,moreso minors under 16 dont have to register even if they are from such countries. None the less, you should report it as soon as possible. I have attached links to follow to do that. Also do a due diligence check on your minors application form, the portal should still be open on the ukvi website so you verify if indeed you filled the correct application for the child, or if you entered any wrong info. This will help speed up any correction.

My hubby and kids arrived in the UK over the weekend. And I was just going through their passports visa page, I discovered they wrote "No work, no engaging in business , Register with police 7 days of entry in the UK "in one of my child's visa. The rest has normal work permit on their visa. I no she is a minor and not going to work. But would this be an issue during renewal and the register with police part is what I don't understand.
Please what should I do as she is already in the UK.
Please I need your inputs as a matter of urgency.

Your friend should go ahead and submit the proofs she has. If possible and if he/she can get reference letter from HR confirming that He/she is an employee and is still an employee till date it may also be an added advantage.
It has nothing to do with how much the earning is.

Proof of employment has become a very common request in recent days.
