The agent my brother used to do their application made a mistake

My brother’s wife is the student (study permits)
Instead of applying for SOWP for my brother he applied for visiting visa
And their 3years old daughter also (visiting visa)

The question is can my brother apply for SOWP on a fresh application while the other application is still in progress?

Send the document given to you in your medical through a webform. Though, if you do or do not, IOM are meant to forwarrd same to IRCC. But I will encourage you to do that as soon as you can.

Please what is the next thing to do after IRCC sent a medical request and the client have undergone the medical exercise?

Is he expected to wait till IOM send the medical results to IRCC

Or is there any action required of the client?

I have a case at hand and I need help and your inputs

A friend(lady) is about to apply for admission and her marital status is kinda complicated

She was married with a kid but they got separated more than a year now but not legally divorced
She told me the divorce will take more than a year before it can be finalized.

So she seeing a new guy now and both of them are planning to Japa through study route
She intend to apply for(SP), (VV) for her daughter and SOWP for her new guy even though they are yet to be married because of her divorce is in progress

So in her admission application what will be her martial Status?

Because I believe whatever the information she provided now in the admission application is what she will maintain even with Visa application

Please I need your advice, suggestions and your thoughts on this kind of situation. Thank you

That's the wrong way to go about it.
By GCKey, you imply using the old website which is http://cic.gc.ca

The best way to sign the forms
1.) Install Adobe acrobat reader on your machine.
2.) Open the form and complete it (typing all the necessary information in the form). Download the IMM form instead. If you have the old internet explorer you use it to open it and download it to complete the form.
3.) Upon completing the form, crosscheck everything is correct then scroll to the bottom of the page.
4.) There is a "Validate" button at the bottom of the page. Click it, it should prompt with a message , "Validate completed successfully" then it should generate a barcode. Save the file as pdf and upload to that area where the IMM forms are.

That's how it's done.

P.S use Adobe Reader DC for it to work properly.

I have issues with two IMMforms

I couldn’t sign Two of the IMM forms on adobe
So I printed it out and signed it then I scan it back and change it to pdf

2. I couldn’t fill the details on adobe then validate it
So I printed this out and fill it with black pen and scan it back to pdf

My question is it allowed

Can I go ahead and submit the application or is there other way to do these electronically instead of the manual approach I adopted?

I don't know how this will sound to IRCC. What's the story in her SOP? Did she use you guys as home ties? In anycase, it does not really matter if she did. If I were you, I would simply apply for SOWP and VV stating you have decided to be together while she studies. I don't think IRCC will think too much of that so long as adequate POF and other related documents are in place.

If your admission is still valid n visa hasn’t expired, then it’s valid. Deferring admission doesn’t affect visa.

I am my wife’s sponsor, My account was used for her POF and the application was just been approved

If I want to apply for SOWP and VIsitor’s visa for our baby
Can I use the same account even if the amount in it is lesser than the one I used for my wife?
Or it must be the exact amount I used for my wife?

1st congratulations on your wife's approval, you will have to open a new application for yourself and your children. This time apply for SOWP and visiting for your baby .
Wait for your wife visa to be out b4 applying or better still you can allow her to travel 1st has you also need her study permit snapshot to backup your application (not compulsory but to be on a safe side )
On your sop tell the visa officer why u need to travel with your wife to assist her because of the baby .
Use your mom dad , workplaces etc has hometiles .

My wife applied for Study Permits via the new portal and we intend applying as a family of 3 including myself and our 1 year old baby.

Since we intend applying as family we presented all our documents for her study permit application and we indicated that we are applying as group, family of 3.
But because of the application payment we couldn’t pay ourselves with our Naira account, so we hire Pay4Me to help us with the payment not knowing that after the payment it will automatically submit our application.And we were yet to fill the column for myself and our baby.

We got an approval response yesterday for my wife.Please how do we proceed with the application for myself and our baby, since my wife is the principal applicant? My wife graduated with B.Tech in FINE ANd APPLIED ARTS and she applied for Virtual reality production at Conestoga College for fall 2023, and she has been given the admission, we were asked to pay admission fee of 1,500 cad and we have paid.
My questions are

1. She’s not presently employed.
The project my wife was part of ended Dec 2021, it’s a year project and She was pregnant as at the time the project ended so we didn’t bother looking for another job since she was pregnant and now Our baby is 10months. How do we convincingly explain this to VO. Since people talks about career progression is important and being employed can also serves as home-ties.

2.I am the one sponsoring her and I intend going with her and the baby How visible is this?

3. We have Deed of Assignment of a parcel of landed property in Mr and Mrs my full name, it was stamped in the court. Can we submit the deed of assignment only or we must provide survey plan, meanwhile we don’t it have yet?

4. Does MyBankStatement shows details of account transactions?

5. I was denied US tourist visa in 2018, on the basis of no strong home ties, and since I intend going with my wife should we mention it on her LOE or not?
