A black employee got a nasty surprise when he returned to work from sick leave.

At Ranaqua, the Bronx headquarters of the NYC Parks Department, a black doll dressed in pink was found hanging from a metal chain formed as a noose. 'KKK' was also scratched in the bathroom. The black employee, in his 60s, was apparently traumatized when he made the discovery. Shame, I can imagine.
