Yes,there are dark skinned people in Kenya from the Nilotic communities like the Luo,Teso and Kalenjin,but Nilotes are a minority in Kenya which is a predominantly bantu nation of which the largest bantu community(kikuyu)has the largest number of light skinned individuals.
