I intend visiting the UK in July 2017 , and my brother who is married and has a red passport is willing to sponsor my trip to the UK, he wants to apply for the visa from the UK with his documents so I can back it up with my statement of account, and other relevant documents but I have some challenges

1. I just started working in a real estate firm early tlthis month and my monthly salary is N50,000 though sometimes may earn more based on commision.

I hardly comment on this thread not becos I dnt hve info but cos I'm nt 100% sure of my source in the psc,again I was told the list would be out on Nov 15....if it doesn't I'll hve to move on cos I seem not to undeand how a government will be quiet on a matter of national interest. PMB personally called for the recruitment and we all knw NPF are short staffed and require more personels in the force.Why would a recruitment xceed 6months ....why would psc senate and govt start a recruitment without discussing and agreeing on terms.Let's wait and keep our fingers crossed.

The letters should be rolling in abeg. Whatever method they want to adopt is ok.. But I just want to ask are CASPs going to be posted to their local Gov/ state after training? Is the list we are expecting the final list?

Yes we have to wait until everything is resolved and suspension lifted. The PSC may accept the senate commiteee recommendation since it affects only the cadet inspectors and constables..casp remains state by state.

The punch news is an old news of event that happened two weeks ago , they only confirmed the suspension via a telephone chat with the psc spokesman...nothing new

I can't imagine the NPF (Nigeria Police Force) been changed to NPS ( Nigeria Police Service) ..I hope they will be a change in salaries, allowances and total package...wardrobe allowance just like the state security service.

On Tuesday, September 27, Nigeria’s House of Representatives approved the establishment of state police in the 36 states of the country and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
According to Vanguard, the approval of state police was contained in a bill seeking to alter Section 214 of the constitution to provide for establishment of state and community police in the country which passed second reading in the House.
The Bill also seeks to replace the word “force” with “service” in its nomenclature.
The sponsor of the bill, Dada Awoyele, speaking in his lead debate, said that there was urgent need for an amendment to the 1999 Constitution to allow the government establishment of a state police in all the states.
