Let me take you down the memory lane. Tunji my neighbor gave his son #1000 to by 7 litres of fuel and keep his change for him as he is attending Tinubu's inauguration with much happiness. During the inauguration, Tinubu announced to them that the Fuel subsidy is gone for good and they cheered and cheered him clapping with happiness, dancing and jubilating. By the time he came back in the evening there was no light as usual. Tunji now called his daughter to go on the generator hoping that the tank is filled with fuel and he was hoping to collect his change to use it buy a few shots of shepe from iya beji down the street only for his daughter to tell him she didn't buy any fuel since the money cannot buy even 2 litres of fuel and she has to come back since she doesn't know what else to do. Out of rage Tunji nearly slapped her daughter to death calling her ole ole. That was when I have to step in and told him the situation on ground.( That when they were jubilating with Tinubu for removing fuel subsidy without a good plan on ground) that filling stations immediately added money to their commodity because of the obvious increment. Tunji started raining abuses on Tinubu and he won't stop till today. That is actually the situation with most of these batified noise makers here. You can rate Tinubu for one year in office, I have NOTHING to rate him on... zero.😡😡😡

I am basically interested in the economy.

I sense it is turning the corner. By 2026, I suspect economic growth rate would be between 4-6% by then. Though poor considering where the economy is coming from after 8yrs of its total destruction under Buhari, it is still a positive.

I'd rate him 4/10 in terms of the economy.

Tinubu needs to deregulate the price of petrol and electricity. This is for macro economic stability.

Also, government needs to slash company tax to 15% or less. Low taxes have been discovered to encourage both foreign and local investments effortless and achieve economic growth rates of 8% or more. Such growth rates turn poor countries into rich ones within a generation

If he were genuinely patriotic, he wouldn't contest at all, because he knew he had no intelligent quotient to turn things around at that stage. I am not really bothered about his non-performance so far because I knew that he had nothing to offer at the onset
