www.cic.gc.ca/work is where you can get all information. Google that. Chances are largely dependent on eligibility. So the question would be Are you Eligible for a Work Visa? That's what you should determine. You can try using the Come to Canada questionnaire. Regards. justolusola: 1 Like |

Bostin:If you are not PR or Canadian, you won't be able to register as an apprentice. You can enrol on a course/technical program but you would need a student visa for that. Most institution would like to know your status before offering you admission, this woul dbe used in determining your fees and tuition. bigsamo:Yes .. you have good credentials and work experience...with your experience, you would get a job easily in Canada but my only concern is the recognition of diploma by canadian credential evaluating agencies. You might want to check out the express entry program: https://www.nairaland.com/1279130/canadian-federal-skilled-worker-program-timelines/233 wolex8:https://www.nairaland.com/1279130/canadian-federal-skilled-worker-program-timelines/233 |

Hello Martenal, I am a businessman, not an independent one though. I run one of my dads filling station as a director. It is my intention to apply for a tourist visa( without my family). I have actually been refused a study permit in 2006 or 2007 ( not sure of the year). I have applied for france tourist visa twice and was also refused. i know i have what it takes to get the visa. Arranging and putting it in order might probably be the problem. This are the docs i intend to submit. CAC of company in which i am director Letter from The Chaiman ( my dad) Annual income Tax, letter from oando and customer showing transactions with Oando. PAYE for my staffs, LASAA bills DPR storage Liscnece receipts Business permit receipts Company Bank statement with reference letter stating me as a signatory along with my brothers the above listed documents are just to show my Source of Income. My personal docs are Inoice of 5,000 CAD paid to a canadian tour company Bus passes, tickets of events and locations to see, hotel accommodations. Transportation arrangements and brochure from the company and a detailed itineraryof my 11 days stay in Canada. Tax card My property(s) docments ( one C of O included) My insurance policy with AIICO and mutual benefit ( total monthly premium for all policies is 2,085,000) and total paid as of date is about 13million. marriage certificate Bith cert of both kids and my wife Bank statement ( balance can be upto 5 million) i also intend to add the following for my spouse though she is not travelling with me her business registration cert het bank statement tax card amd insurance policy. Please note, My 2 step-sibblings are presently studying in canada but i can not include them cos i have limited information about them ( u know how a polygamous family can be ) Please advise. Thanks |
